Albi was very helpful to help me ensure that the e-sim was active and where to locate it in my iphone

Bought the eSIM prior to travel to S. Korea and had issues latching on to a network. Took a bit of time but their CS Team seemed to be on hand at all hours of the day.
Brilliant service and kudos to Sergei, Albi and Aliaksandra.

I was searching for a Global Travel Esim which does not expire to avoid wasted data. Bcengi appears to deliver such a product. As per clarification with Albi, one of the consultants, the business plan allows multiple users to share a single load balance on the Bcengi platform. (Minimum load amount USD50). My team and I will be using this for an upcoming overseas trip so I will update to 5 star if this works as promised.

I purchased my Bcengi eSim in order to stay connected during a 3-week-Asia-Tour through 4 countries (I'm a musician). Unluckily the connection appeared to be more difficult than I hoped. After tireless efforts from both Albi and Aliaksandra we managed to find the problem and now it's working. (In the end it helped that the connection was limited to 3G — surprisingly I don't notice any slowing down of the speed).
I have seldom experienced customer service on this level, Thank you so much!

Bcengi’s product is one I have been searching for: one eSIM for multiple countries that doesn’t expire and doesn’t waste unused data.
These were all factors that I checked out with Albi in Support who responded swiftly to each of my emails. If the eSIM is as efficient, I’ll be a very satisfied customer! Now to signing up. More later…

Just coming to the end of my first week of using my new eSIM. I’m delighted! Continued speedy and helpful assistance from the Support team and flawless signal strength and access. I recommend Bcengi most highly. Updated to five stars.

Caveat: I have not yet used this service, but I did contact customer support for help with installation, which was, to be sure, somewhat clumsy and complicated. Customer support from "Yuliya" was quick and very attentive. I appreciated the help.

After experiencing some difficulty with phone settings and losing my connection with Bcengi, I made contact through the chat facility on their website. I have to say, Aliaksandra and Sergei were very patient and very helpful and they had me reconnected in no time with full explanation including you tube videos and articles of use. Transpired I somehow deactivated the eSIM! Doh!! 🙄😳 Thanks Guys I’m liking the service!! John and Louise

I liked the premise of the product, so I bought and downloaded an esim. Unfortunately the esim did not work as expected. I contacted the company using their website, and over a period of 24 hours (this was my fault - I was travelling and only intermittently available) a series of their helpful staff tried to help me, in a professional manner. Eventually they sent me a new esim, which worked as expected

I have just heard about Bcengi. I asked them, by emails, some questions in order to clarify some points about using their e-Sim, and was surprised by their very fast and clear responses to each inquiry.
Their charging program, which prevents loosing for unused days, is very attractive.
Their prices per GB seems also to be attractive.
Aliaksandra who had replied to all my emails was very helpful.
So I intend to try it after I will finish the balance that I still have on another e-Sim company.

I contacted support via email to clarify charging methodology while traveling through multiple countries. The response was fast and the reply was detailed, requiring no need for any follow up queries. I am very impressed with the services, and has convinced me that bcengi eSIM is going to give me excellent service in my future trips. Well done to the support team and Aliaksandra who served me in this instance.

With the issue with esim not working stable in USA I contacted support, who found the solution within 3 hours. I used esim in Turkey in USA so far and now works perfect.

This is a great idea, and I like the idea of just having the eSIM sitting there filled with data, ready to go.
What I don't like is the company's ethos, automatically setting my purchase to auto-renew. Although allowing you to turn auto-renew off, you cannot remove your card from your account.

Excellent product! The whole process took just seconds — super easy to pay and activate. My phone worked instantly with no issues at all. I used it while traveling in South Korea, and it was by far the best eSIM I’ve ever used. User-friendly, reliable, and stress-free. I’ll definitely be using bcengi again for all of my future trips!
