Fortunately for me nothing worked as they instructed when it came to deposits. In fact all they did was tell me to watch the same video when I asked for help.

Blessing for me, I never gave them a penny and one day they seemed to "disappear".

I know this outfit was operating in Wales, I am not familiar with UK law but folks who did get ripped off should have recourse.

All I ended up losing was the $10 they gave me for signing up and then "loose change" I had been playing with from that to learn out the web site worked. I turned that $10 in to almost $60 in a few months.

Down and Out?

Despite the poor review ratings, I have been using BCH Mining for the last 6 months without any problems. That included a number of larger contracts in addition to the free daily contract. I was therefore very surprised to get the "Server Not Found" when I tried to log in today. Have they changed URLs? Or have they gone bust and headed for the hills?

I've had nothing but good experiences

I've had nothing but good experiences. Your account is connected via your email, so it's always there. I've never had them alter contract already purchased. That contract may not be available or the same the next purchase. I've never been locked out, however, they do switch their url and app connections frequently. This is due to the large amount of funds moving internationally. However, once you get the updated URL, your account with all your funds will be there via your log in information and connected email address.

Things seemed good but

Things seemed good but now the website is down, I see a lot of issues with people, I never invested much so I was okay but they follow the most common of scams which is cloud mining in such a short time with high profits and from what I've learned no legitimate company that's FCA regulated or with a licence can legally operate this way without doing some sort of scam, be safe and always check legitimacy

It's nothing more than a trap for…

It's nothing more than a trap for people looking to get involved in crypto, and it will end up costing you more than just money — it will waste your time and energy. Avoid it at all costs! I was at the brink of losing both total invested amount [$39,550] and the fees I paid, but I sought legal advise and counsel from ChasunahLtd, submitted the form on their website and got someone assigned to my case. Official contact was made to bchminer on the 21st of April, and 5th of May all amount was received.

You think everything is working and then it wont!!!!!

This company is a scam site. I screen shoot the contracts as I made purchases. The site will allow you to make withdraws up to a point and then once they have enough of your money locked into running contracts. They will change one of them to a VIP continuous contract, causing you to breach a contract. They freeze your account and run away with your money. I screen shoot the contract as I made purchases and videoed the purchase on my end. I have proof proving what others have said about the site. Do Not Be Scammed and let these criminals run away with your money.

⚠️ Scam alert: Funds blocked after deposit — stay away!

I am a real person, not a “spy from another platform” as the team behind BCH Miner / btxminer.com (bchminer.com previously😐) tends to claim in response to any negative review. This is a public warning for anyone who is considering using this platform.

Here’s what actually happened:

🔹 I registered on the platform and deposited funds in good faith.
🔹 Later, a technical error resulted in an extra amount being mistakenly credited to my account — funds that I did not deposit, use, or withdraw.
🔹 I immediately contacted support and they confirmed it was their system’s mistake.
🔹 However, instead of correcting the issue, they illegally froze my account and blocked all withdrawals, including the funds I deposited myself.
🔹 Since then, I have only received either template replies or no response at all.

This is not an isolated case. It appears to be a structured scam operating under a specific pattern:

Users deposit money.

A system "error" or bonus adds phantom funds to their account.

Withdrawal is blocked, citing vague or false reasons.

Support vanishes while the account remains technically active.

🔍 How they hide:
The site is protected by Cloudflare, which masks the real IP and hosting provider.

The domain is registered via Gname.com, which fails to respond to abuse reports.

There are no legal contact details or verified company information. Although they refer to BCH COMMERCIAL INVESTMENTS LIMITED. However, there is no guarantee that they have not simply stolen the identity of another company or that this company is not working honestly (there are many questions about it as well). All communication happens through a generic email that offers no help.

📢 If you are a victim too, please take action:
1. File abuse complaints:

Cloudflare Abuse Report – for supporting fraudulent infrastructure. (I'll also ask them to disclose who their hosting provider is, so I can file a complaint there as well.)

ICANN Complaint Form – for inaccurate domain info.

Email Gname.com directly at their email, they have different ones for abuse reports – their domain registrar.

2. If you feel emotionally and mentally ready, contact me at:
📩 victoriia.volovenko (and standard gmail ending)
I am not offering help, I am an ordinary person who has also suffered from the actions of these inhumans. We can pool our information and push for real investigations. I ALSO WARN YOU THAT OTHER SCAMMERS MAY WRITE TO YOU, allegedly offering “legitimate” help with refunds, this is another scam, please do not fall for it.

3. Speak up. The more public awareness we build, the faster this system collapses. They are counting on you to be psychologically broken, ashamed, and silent. Do NOT play by their rules. I am reporting this story to the media so that other people know the truth.

Let’s monitor and report every domain they try to move to. This won’t stop unless we take collective action.

Note: If they respond by accusing me of being a bot, a spy, or a competitor — that’s part of their usual deflection strategy. Do not be intimidated. Your story matters.
