So I have been able to withdraw money…

So I have been able to withdraw money without issue. Howver, I now have a substantial amount invested and CANNOT withdraw anything. You need to read the contract conditions before you buy. I bought one that had clause 8 in the description. This is a VIP contract meaning you have to purchase the contract 5x. Unaware of this, the contract timeline concluded and I was told that the only way to fix the problem was to invest the remaining contract amount (4x the contract value). I did so and fixed this problem. However, now I get to play the bad credit game with them. You start at 60, mine was in the 40's. So you now have to go through credit repair. All of this is mentioned in the terms and conditions. However, the rates you need to pay back on are beyond usery. So for me to now come back to a credit scaore of 60, I'd have to pay them an amount that exceeds the total amount of money in my account. This is where they get you, no transparentcy in fines, fees, etc. So I'll be filing a case similar to those that have already done so. READ the FINEPRINT.

Buyer be very aware.

While BCH Miner is not an outright scam, potential investors should approach with caution. My experience shows that what is advertised as a 7-day contract is very misleading. In reality, it acts more like a 6-week commitment. You may technically see some daily returns, but you will not be allowed to withdraw your full investment until you've cycled through the contract multiple times—something not in the fine print.

Additionally, since the company is based overseas, it would be extremely difficult to pursue legal action or recover your funds if anything goes wrong. If you’re considering investing here, expect your money to be tied up far longer than you’re led to believe, and don’t expect transparent customer support. On top of that if you don't fulfill the commitment within a certain time period they will keep your money and default you on a contract.

Buyer beware. Read every line of the contract and understand the withdrawal rules before sending any crypto.

100% Scam

A total scam, and this is how it goes : you will be able to deposite and withdraw the small amounts at the beginning afterwards they will give you contracts that would give you instant bonus if you choose these contracts they will block your withdraw option and tell u that you are in breech of contract and that you would have to invest in the same in the same contract or equivelant to remove this breech. They will also direct you to the terms and conditions of the contract that has an additional clause that you would see for the first time stating the same.
After sometime you will find that you are not even able to login to the platform and when you talk to CS they would tell you that i need to buy the contracts or else you will not be able to log in to your account and your monsy is confesicated.

I'm wasting time trying to find a place…

I'm wasting time trying to find a place that crypto has a purpose. Only kids tap tap games is all I can see it may have a place. The google ads and supposedly business called morningstar and others advertising this is a great investment should be accountable for losses and time. They force feed ads to us and are paid for it. Due diligence done and time to do this. If I was paid to push ads and paid for it...it be my duty to see the data is pure and not a bad experience or loss for the forced ads. Monopoly is googles problem and the click per pay and go about there day is going to BLOW UP someday when one of the ones done wrong taking loss and google benefit will be the day the world gets news of a crazed man. But the crazed man is doing what he feels to be whole and I would make sure he has what's needed in jail and friend for life. You can't take and take some of us are real people that's why you can be in a box no mistake.

Scam

Impossible to get any money out once you make a deposit. I requested a withdrawal and they refused it and said I had to make two more contract purchases before I could withdraw anything. I made the exact purchases they told me to, and now they STILL refuse to allow me to withdraw profits. Now, they are telling me that I have to purchase new contracts with newly deposited funds.

As all of the other reviewers said, they keep saying that you have to deposit more and more money in order to get the profits that you've earned from the contracts you have already deposited. This is absolutely a scam and a ponzi scheme and NOT a mining company.

They operate several different websites, all with the exact same look, so watch out for their other scams as well.

### **1. Withdrawal Freezes and Predatory Demands for More Funds**
BCH Miner lures users with promises of "guaranteed high returns" from Bitcoin Cash (BCH) mining. However, when investors attempt to withdraw their earnings, the platform abruptly **freezes their accounts**, citing vague "security checks" or "compliance requirements." Shockingly, users are then told they must **deposit additional funds** (often thousands of dollars) to "unlock" their withdrawals. This is a classic scam tactic designed to extract more money from victims while indefinitely delaying access to their own assets.

Subject:** Urgent Warning of Crypto Ponzy Scam

Subject:** Urgent Warning: BCH Miner Exposed as Crypto Ponzi Scheme — Funds Frozen, Tax Evasion, and Predatory Tactics

**To Whom It May Concern,**

I am writing to urgently warn others about the fraudulent operations of **BCH Miner**, a platform masquerading as a cryptocurrency mining venture. This company is running a textbook Ponzi scheme, preying on unsuspecting investors through deceptive practices, fund freezes, and blatant tax evasion. Below is a detailed account of their unethical and illegal activities:

---

Countless users, including myself, have been trapped in this cycle of extortion, with no recourse to recover their hard-earned money.

---

### **2. Tax Evasion in the UK — A 5 Million-User Fraud**
Despite claiming over **5 million users globally** and generating substantial revenue, BCH Miner has **failed to file taxes** in the United Kingdom, where it allegedly operates. This is not only a breach of financial regulations but a deliberate attempt to evade accountability and hide illicit profits. The absence of tax compliance further confirms the company’s fraudulent nature and disregard for legal obligations.

---

### **3. Ponzi Scheme Hallmarks: Fake Returns, Fake Testimonials**
- **Unsustainable Returns:** BCH Miner’s promised returns are mathematically impossible for a legitimate mining operation. Profits are paid using deposits from new investors, not actual mining revenue.
- **Fake Testimonials:** The platform uses fabricated success stories and AI-generated profiles to feign credibility.
- **Zero Transparency:** No verifiable information exists about their mining infrastructure, team, or corporate registration.

---

### **4. Legal Action and Reporting**
I have reported BCH Miner to:
- **UK’s HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC)** for tax evasion.
- **Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)** Case # 211500614
- **Action Fraud UK** Case # NFRC250307258839
