caveat emptor
Good initial response. Although this firm was listed as no win no fee they were unable to take the personal accident case they were referred to me by a site representing several solicitors in this field. They refused the case as the other side would employ a Counsel which of course would cost money. Hence the refusal.

Road Traffic Accident
I rang this morning for some advise regarding a road traffic accident. I initially spoke to Jamie who was very kind and helpful taking all the necessary details and I was transferred to Patrick. He is obviously very knowledgeable about this subject and he advised me on the best course of action to take. He explained the situation in plain English and was very patient and understanding.
I felt much better having spoken to him and would definitely recommend anyone who needs help or guidance to contact BCM Law.
I will be contacting them again in the New Year.

I'm so glad I chose Patrick at BCM Law
Patrick made me feel at ease the first time I spoke to him. I felt he was the right person to help me. In an extremely stressful time, this was a great relief knowing that someone is fighting in your corner.
He describes information to you as you need it, depending on what stage of the process your up to. This meant I was never overwhelmed.
I would recommend Patrick at Bcm Law to anybody facing a road traffic offence. He is friendly and approachable, when he accompanied me to a police interview I felt confident and his advice to reply no comment was the best thing I could have done. Expert and highly experienced legal practitioner
Patrick was very prompt and clear with his analysis of the situation and the relevant legal issues and considerations. This law firm handled my elderly father's case where he was involved in a (very) minor driving incident. They were patient with him, spend a lot of time explaining everything to him and took great attention to detail... the court case outcome was what my father hoped for. Would recommend.
