The course was very in-depth and interesting, the course was challenging at times, I have expanded my knowledge and skills. I thoroughly enjoyed this course.
My tutor was there if I needed to ask questions and gave clear feedback.

The course was excellent and very well structured.
It's also challenging in parts, but in a good way. It's a process that gradually builds up knowledge as you progress.
It has inspired me to advance to level 3 and 4.

Easy to navigate, easy communication and easy to apply to. Education that wasn’t over complicated and was good to learn about and develop self knowledge at one’s own pace.

It was easy to do on the computer and the time allocated was sufficient.
The tutor is there if you have any questions and when they mark your module will give you feedback on what more you need to do. If you find you can't finish it in the time allocated you can contact them and they will give you a bit more time.

I enjoyed doing this course and would do another one.

I recently completed my Customer Service course. I was fully supported throughout by my tutor Joanne, who was fantastic & always available whether on email or the telephone, to advise if I needed it. I can fully recommend doing this course, or any online course through BCOT, it’s definitely helped me with my new job & has helped to build my confidence as well.

I recently completed the Level 2 certification in counselling skills via the Distance Learning Program and I cannot recommend these courses and BCOT enough.

I did the Understanding Health and Nutrition Course (Level 2) as one of the distance learning courses, and it has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The course content was detailed, easy to follow, and gave me a solid understanding of key health and nutrition principles. It has not only boosted my confidence but also helped me make better, informed choices in my daily life.

The flexibility of distance learning allowed me to study at my own pace. I’m now looking forward to starting another course to continue expanding my knowledge.

I recently completed a 6-month distance learning course with Aspiral Learning, and the experience was excellent, especially considering it was free. The lessons were straightforward and easy to follow, with a great balance of theory and practical knowledge. The exams were fun and engaging, allowing me to implement what I had learned. A special mention to my marker, Zoe, who was incredibly helpful throughout the course. Her feedback was clear, and she always provided valuable guidance that kept me on the right track. I highly recommend Aspiral Learning for anyone seeking a flexible and supportive learning experience!

Level 2 counselling course completed really enjoyed it and the content and assessments were really good

I did the understanding health and nutrition course (level 2) as one of the distance learning courses. The tutor was fantastic when I was struggling with one bit, the online portal is super easy to use and it gave me a bit of a confidence boost that I could learn things again, so I've just signed up to another course as I really enjoy it!

I’ve completed three courses now through bcot and have found these very helpful while I have been setting up my own childminding business.

It was a great experience. l improved my skills and Cyber security knowledge.

I enrolled on the Event Planner course as it’s what I do for a living. I wanted a recognised qualification to work alongside my experience. Whilst much of it covered things I do day to day without even thinking, it’s good to do the theory work around it. And in each module, I did learn some thing new.
I could study around my home life and my job so was a convenient way to learn. The support of the tutors was fab offering valuable feedback before submitting my modules for marking.
I was so pleased with myself when I completed the course and got my certificate!
Thoroughly recommend this course and I can’t wait to enrol on another. This next one may be completely unrelated to my role but to keep on learning and keeping my brain active…and they are free…what’s to lose? Nothing! But learning a new skill!

I undertook this course to help me on my journey of self healing, I sadly lost two dear friends to suicide many years ago, I also encountered many incidents of self-harm and suicide during my time working as a prison officer. The result of both of these experiences and others during my life, have left me battling a deep depression for a long time, and also lead to me facing my own existential crisis. This course has helped me gain valuable insight, understanding and perspective on this very personal topic. The empathy I received from my marker has helped me significantly. The course has helped me understand that I didn't receive the support I needed at the time which contributed significantly to my battles with depression over the years. At the start of the course I hoped it would have a cathartic affect, and I have not been disappointed. It has helped me realise that I have potentially been suffering from Persistant Complex Bereavement Disorder, which has helped me gain perspective on where the dark clouds come from, it has helped me explore my suppressed emotions and eased the misplaced feelings of guilt I have carried for far too long. I feel that I am in a much better place emotionally moving forwards, and would highly recommend this course to other people sadly affected by suicide bereavement.

I was impressed with every aspect of the Data Protection course I recently completed. My experience was positive, from the initial phone call to discuss the course and how the online tool works, the support from my online tutor, using the course website and the course materials, through to the speed in which my work was marked and moderated. I am definitely going to sign up for the Cyber Security course during the summer.
