So far an excellent experience

So far an excellent experience. Always very quick to reply to emails with queries. Very quick turnaround and return postage quite reasonable, given you would want tracking and insurance. No problems refitting my calipers but not been for a drive yet. Time will tell how they hold up.

Based on my experience you wont be disappointed…

Dropped the calipers off in person and agreed what was to be done, I supplied some of the parts myself and had stripped the caliper s beforehand. The guys agreed to accept delivery of pistons sourced elsewhere to keep cost down. When the [pistons were delivered they were fitted and the calipers ready for collection in no time. When collecting the fellas, Marc and ? (sorry) were more than happy to give me some advice on what to join up where and confirm thread sizes etc. Communications were spot on.

I don't normally give feedback but there are times when service needs praise.

Would do business again.

Great service and Quality product.

Easy to contact gave me all the information i required and when there was a problem, Not off there making they were happy to help and re send my order. Have ordered from them before and the great service hasn't changed.

Sent my Porsche calipers to bcs on…

Sent my Porsche calipers to bcs on Tuesday for a Porsche yellow spray job, received them the flowing Saturday and what a great job they done, make the car look so much better, the staff were very helpful from start to finish.

Brilliant work and communications

Not only is the brake refurbishment work superb, the communications throughout the process, from enquiry through to delivery back to me, is excellent and builds confidence in the company. I would 100% use again and will recommend to my fellow car enthusiasts.

Great Service

I was very happy with the service from BCS. Calipers were dipped, blasted, painted, logos added and rebuilt with new pistons and rubbers. They were packed up very well and returned to me in great time. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone with no hesitation.
