Great service from start to finish.
I posted my seized brembo caliper off on Monday and it was back with me all sorted on Thursday, so I could refit it within 4 days.

I got a quote from them last year but didn’t take them up on it. They sent me an email saying they was offering me a Black Friday Deal so i decided to take them up on it. I thought they would cut corners but when the calipers came back I was totally satisfied with them. The workmanship and quality was amazing

New rubber parts, some new pistons & Cobalt Blue paint with stenciled logos.

Grossly overpriced

I ordered the wrong size caliper decals....BCS sent me one set instead of two as ordered. I called them and we had a lovely chat and they sent me out two sets of the correct size at no extra charge! Great customer service!

The finished product is very good, it's just their overall service that lets them down.
They bombard you with emails offering collection / delivery services they cannot actually do.
They claim a 24hour turnaround but realistically it takes at least a week.
I had to collect my brakes to get them in time.
Then finally they sent me a link to some fitting video I would have to subscribe to saying it would affect my warranty if I didn't view it before installing the calipers.
I got this after I'd fitted the calipers, so that was useless.

Great experience with the company and the product. Happy to answer my queries as is never painted calipers before. The product is great. I've done 2 calipers so far, 2 to go. Very happy with how the first 2 look. Paint self levels very well and takes on a great shine as it cures.
