Headache

These people are quick to accept payments but getting products delivered to customers , oh no, they take their sweet old time. Why does it take 21 days to ship out a product? and why is their no alert or warning that the product will take 21 days to be fulfilled before buying their products. If I had known before it would take 21 days then I would’ve never went through with purchase. But unfortunately, I had to find that out through review websites that it takes 21 days for fulfillment so now I have to sit here and wait patiently.

Great product

Great product, HORRIBLE shipping times. It’s unfortunate because I’ve chosen to purchase at other stores because bodega is unreliable on shipping. Waiting over 3 weeks, still have not shipped a few items. Brutal!!!

Broken Rules and Failed Promises

Bodega fails to realize that the FTC outlines rules for the delivery of customers orders regardless of any so called policy. You can’t just make a customer wait for an unspecified amount of time without their consent. I see in your site terms that delivery’s are estimates but the problem is with order automated emails it states up to 21 days. Unless you say otherwise, you have to abide by your timeframe stated in the email or by the 30 day rule if you want to go with your “estimated shipping”. You have to deliver on that promise or issue a refund if the customer doesn’t agree to an extended delay. Like others have said, I contacted my bank after a failed promise on delivery and no communication on their end about any delays. It’s sad that the the only way to deal with getting a refund is to get the bank involved.

I have had to contact my bank and tell them to investigate and cancel the transaction from bodega as they feel they can leave you waiting for ‘sought after’ products and will not cancel said item after I’ve waited a month for it. Apparently bodega’s policies trump your rights as a customer.

Yes, there was a wait but Bodega delivered!

I am leaving this review as I saw a lot of negative reviews here that made me hesitant to buy from Bodega originally. I found at Bodega an item at a significantly discounted price. I am happy to report that the transaction was very smooth. Yes, I had to wait some time for the item to ship but Bodega was very clear about that right from the start. Ultimately I received the item within a month as they promised.

Worst Online Store **UPDATED**

I'm usually pretty patient when it comes to online shopping, but my experience with BODEGA left me incredibly frustrated and disappointed. Honestly, I've never encountered such horrible customer service from an online clothing store.

First off, their shipping policy is absolutely absurd. No other online store I've shopped at takes 21 business days to ship an item – it's simply unheard of in today's fast-paced e-commerce world. I understand that shipping times can vary, but this is just ridiculous.

To make matters worse, it seemed like BODEGA was taking my order without any intention of fulfilling it within a reasonable time frame. It felt like my purchase was more of an afterthought than a priority. When I tried to reach out to their customer service for an update, I was met with unresponsiveness and a lack of empathy.

Finally, after weeks of waiting, my order arrived – but the frustration didn't end there. The quality of the clothing was underwhelming, especially considering the price I paid. It's safe to say that I will not be making any more purchases from BODEGA.

If you're looking for a seamless online shopping experience with timely shipping and quality products, I'd advise you to steer clear of BODEGA. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere – there are countless other options out there that won't leave you hanging for weeks on end.

I am utterly disappointed with my recent purchase from Bodega Online. After waiting for more than a month, I finally received my order, only to find out that they sent me the wrong item. It's 2023, and I'm baffled that such a reputable store could make such a grave mistake.

I ordered two limited and rather expensive items, and they managed to send me the wrong color. To make matters worse, the color I originally ordered is now sold out. I'm genuinely curious to know what kind of excuse they'll come up with this time.

What's even more frustrating is that there's an entire Reddit community dedicated to sharing their terrible experiences with Bodega Online. Many customers are filing chargebacks, not because of the slow delivery times, but because of the messed-up orders even after a month-long fulfillment period. It's absolutely unacceptable for a store of this caliber.

I can confidently say that one could order from any other store in the world and expect faster delivery and accurate orders. I am joining the others in reporting Bodega Online to the Better Business Bureau, and I strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of this store. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

Terrible Experience

I too have experienced an extended shipping delay and received the same responses as others here. I asked for a refund, as the original confirmation states there are delays and email if you’d like to cancel your order. I was told they will not do this for sale items.

The final reply from them was very short and unprofessional. I will not do business here again.

terrible customer service AVOID AT ALL COSTS

terrible customer service, I bought an item 27 days ago they charged me in full and the item has still not shipped. Their customer service is the worst I have experience. When you inquire about when your item will ship they send you a pre written email that says they have a lot of orders and also blame shippers and say it can take up to 21 days after you place an order before they will ship it. When you reply to the email and say it’s been longer than 21 days you get the same pre written email again.

They do not answer the phone

Thank you warehouse & customer service!

I had a great experience with the warehouse team. My order was not shipped and I had been waiting about 2 weeks. I reached out and the warehouse fulfilled my order and I got it a couple days later. I really appreciate the warehouse and customer service team for doing what they needed to to get my order out. I got the shoes 2 days later and I’m thankful! Delays happen it’s about the customer service and I had a really good experience.

Fraud Beware !!!!

Ordered a shirt and was immediately sent an email on delayed lead times to ship. Going on the 21 days and no tracking no warm fuzzy feeling at all. Sent a few status updates only to receive more excuses. I will never buy from Bodega again. I will post all their crappy lousy customer service emails on every platform that I can find. I’m going as far as the better business bureau and probably dispute this charge with my bank. They are committing fraud and they will be held accountable. Bodega blocked my instagram account after I sent them a note demanding a clear status update on my shirt. Do not do not support this brand or store by any means.

I hate I even had to give them one star! I have been writing them for weeks! I even gave it the 10 days before I even reached out! Just keep getting the run around about the nothing! Please save yourself the headache and don’t purchase from Bodega! I order my fiancée a shirt in February even though it took forever I was happy to find out it wasn’t a scam and I actually got the jacket so I went ahead against my better judgment and order me the same shirt the matching socks! Today made the 20th day no tracking information on site way passed the original 10 day’s fulfillment policy and still nothing last night I wrote them and received my refund this morning! Thank you for nothing! And end up ordering the shirt from Farfetch and already have tracking!!

Just stick to brick and mortar sales…

Bodega should stick to their brick and mortar business model because the e-commerce side of their company is horrible. I mean, tbh isn’t that their concept anyway? To have a ‘bodega’ like experience while shopping for new threads? But that’s just me…I’ll stick to ordering from HBX and End. for now. Sale item or non-sale item, both HBX and End. process and ship orders with the quickness But need not worry Bodega, next time I’m in LA I’ll be sure to stop by.

I hate I had to give them one star because they don’t deserve any. This is a horrible company to purchase from. I ordered over a month ago still no tracking number. I contacted them only to be told that can’t cancel or give my money back and I’ll get a email when it leaves the company. Terrible customer service and even worst shipping time . STAY AWAY

Extremely dissatisfied with these guys I placed a 300 dollar order on the 2nd and they only shipped out 1 third of it today on the 27th refunding me for the rest, basically just held on to my 300 bucks for a month which is super weird. They falsely advertise shipping times and when you place an order they tell you that there are 21 business day delays on everything so right of the bat they lie to you, there Instagram is full of hidden comments complaining about unfulfilled orders. Their customer service encourages you to cancel you order after you place it like they don’t want to mail you your stuff. Please don’t make the same mistake I did and be fooled by their nice instagram and website these guys are as sketchy as they come and are more likely to cancel your order than deliver it, if you like gambling go ahead , otherwise do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

No cancellations, no refunds & no returns….

I purchased a pair of trainers on 24.03.23 & immediately after I had purchased them, I realised that I had made a mistake & needed to cancel the order & be issued with a refund. This process is pretty much standard & an easy process with 99% of online retailers…. Not with Bodega….🤦🏼‍♂️ I live in the UK & I have never purchased from the US, let alone Bodega, so I admit I was a bit naive when placing an order with them. I politely contacted them & explained my reasons for wanting to cancel & they abruptly replied with “ Hey Leigh, unfortunately, this is a Final Sale order sorry to report” very odd I thought, so I contacted them a few more times & they refused to answer my emails. When they did, it was rude, of poor grammar & not helpful in the slightest…. I have pleaded with Bodega to cancel my order, but they refuse & wont budge. I will now be forced to keep an item I don’t want & I will be out of pocket by a lot of money, as they also don’t accept returns….? 🤷‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️ Their last email actually stated this…. “ Hey Leigh, unfortunately, per our strict policy this is a final sale order sorry to report it Any additional follow up will not be answered as we've let you know the policy in place All the best” Is my that great customer service….🥴

After reading Bodega’s copy & paste reply, it is even clearer that this company shouldn’t be trading. How can anyone have a policy that states no cancellations, no returns & no refunds??? That surely cannot be legal.

Also having seen the reviews for Bodega online now, it is crystal clear that I am not the only one who has experienced poor service from them. It’s a miracle that they are still trading???

Hopefully if people keep reading reviews like mine & many others, Bodega will be no more, as customers spend their well earned money elsewhere, for a better experience….🤞
