If I could give more stars ⭐️ I would! Fabulous service and very very helpful. I was having issues with my toilets not flushing properly, fault was found almost immediately I had I cracked waste pipe due to roots growing in the pipe. Very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. Would 1000% recommend.

My landlord sent this company to unblock my toilet pipes as water was coming up to the top of the bowl everytime we flushed. Soon as the plumber got here, he claimed we had a leaking sink which was not true and then he took his time on the job and took plenty of breaks in-between and also made the house smell like the sewers whilst he left my washroom and kitchen flooded with sewage water. I had to clean up after him. My landlord was not happy with the bills as their pricing was vague to start with. The plumber came back knocking on my door to threaten me with bailiffs if my landlord didn't pay up. Absolutely disgusting - my toilets blocked again and I'm looking for a plumber with morals this time - shame BDS took me and my landlord for fools the first time - we could have been returning customers right now.

My pipe burst for my outside tap and after after calling 7 plumbers I got through to BDS. 3 hours later Bill arrived. Bill was kind, calm and very considerate. He fixed the pipe quickly and efficiently despite the freezing temperature. He also told me about the 12 month guarantee. I can't recommend this company highly enough. From the call handler to completion of the job, fantastic service! Cheers!

Fast efficient service by friendly professionals. The work was carried out to a high standard with the upmost care shown to my home. I was kept informed at every stage of the process so I knew exactly what was being done. Very happy customer.

We were most impressed with Jack. Such a polite, caring individual who knew exactly what he was doing and is such a great advertisement for "Any Drainage". He understood we didn't want to pay the nearly £2,000 other companies quoted and said he was pretty certain he could do the job in stages. The first stage cleared it and Jack was then going onto another job after 6pm. He doesn't count the hours, just wants to do a good job. We shall be delighted to recommend your company to others. I phoned BDS at 8:3OAM.
The plumber arrived 13:30 , I had said it wasn't extremely urgent - and completed his work promptly, using a deWalt wet/dry Vacuum Cleaner.

Job done professionally, the plumber Jack was very polite and efficient.

He even volunteered to replace some part in my siphon assembly , and went back to his car to look for it.

Will call BDS Drainage again if needed.

Lee and his colleague came out promptly to clear blocked pipes that were causing sink to back up, after a previous plumber had used drain cleaner. They were friendly and efficient and would use again without hesitation.

I am so grateful to the BDS team for their work, and excellent customer service. Their team are prompt, deliver excellent quality and are wonderful to deal with.

Their kindness, excellent customer service, and wonderful tradesman who came out to do the work couldn't be more highly recommended.

One guy £480 for 1hr 10min

He used a small wet & dry vacuum to unblock a pipe Which was charged out to us at £135 for 1hr 10min.
Just imagine a builder coming on site and charging out his use of power tools for the day with these ridiculous prices …… it just doesn’t happen so be careful of this company’s billing structure.
