High quality product. Fast and well packed delivery.

I would like to score the purchase experience in 2 dimensions:1) the "product" itself; 2) the "delivery".
The product itself is great, absolutely as described, well packed, performing like a charm = 5 stars.
The delivery has been changing unpredictably and annoying = 1 star. Let me explain: among the reasons which pushed me to buy on KnivesandTools was the next-day delivery. Order placed and delivery was confirmed before the weekend (planning to do some gardening then). I've been (literally) following the on-line delivery tracker, coming closer and closer to my place, awaiting the ringing at the door for my package...when all of a sudden (it was still early afternoon) i get notified that the delivery was impossible (surely not because i wasn't at home!) and that a new one would be scheduled. With that, all gardening planning got wasted, as well as the main reason to buy from the shop. The package was then returned up to the hub, and delivered later the next week, when I had to do the further effort to go collect it personally from a PostNL parcel point, making it far from the experience I was promised.

Great site and service. I ordered the wrong saw as I didn't read the specs carefully enough but sending it back and getting a refund was super easy. The people on the other end of the emails were responsive and nice. Just had to box it up and take it to a drop off point without having to pay for the return. About a week later the money was back in my account and I already had my replacement saw as I had ordered it earlier. Price on everything was also good. A great experience overall

They sell almost all brands and its cheaper then other website. They seem a new compan because they dont have a client loyalty card. When you buy 5-6 products on continuously every client deserves something from the house.

Purchased two Miyabi MCD 500 knives at a very good price in two separate orders within a week. Both of them were delivered next day to Belgium. I did not like the wooden pattern of the handle in one of them and decided to return it, keeping the other one. Return was managed quickly, without any problems, and as attentively as if it had been a purchase. Excellent service overall!
