Everything is excellent, except the fact that the .be website crashes each time I try to pay for a purchase. It can be circumvented by using the .com knivesandtools website but it is annoying.
Still the choice of products, prices and speed of delivery (next day!) are superb!

Quick delivery, nice packaging, getting tutorial video on how to use my product properly after the purchase (Whetstone) or on how to maintain it (knifes).
The only concern i have (it is'nt a big deal at all) is that i get a catalogue with every purchase and i don't care for it at all. The info it gives me is on the website so for me it's just a waste of paper. I would rather have gummy bears.

disappointed with my last order (CRKT woods kangee) the handle seems to have been "forced" for some unknown reason, result the axe head did not fit anymore, I had to use some balsa plate to trap the eye while waiting for another handle. could do better.
