Misleading description
In my opinion I’d say the item description is misleading. When I see the size of a ball listed, I don’t expect to read tiny print under it stating that it’s the deflated ball size. Perhaps someone could kindly explain to me in what situation would it ever matter what size a deflated beach ball is. Ordered balls for granddaughter’s costume and they were obviously undersized.

Quick arrival, couple of duds, order extra
The beach balls we ordered arrived quickly. We used them for a craft project so we ordered 5, three 9” and three 6”. In each size we had one that couldn’t hold air for long. Considering the price and nature of the product it wasn’t the worst thing in the world, but if I ordered again I would get a couple extra just in case. I will say I didn’t give customer service a chance to fix it and I imagine they would have but we were low on time and everything worked out. Thank you!!!

Defective
One of the balls we received had a hole in it. Because the balls were so inexpensive, we did not see the need to contact the company for a replacement.

We do send replacements or figure something if there are issues. If we could have one wish it would be a 0% defect rate. However, the inflatable industry puts that at about 3% to 5%. We do appreciate the feedback and can still send replacements. Just let us know. Thank you again, Beachballs.com
