Not as advertised, overpriced & unsafe
The Beach Hotel - Brighton
Firstly I have tried resolving this with them but they refuse they are at fault !
Didn’t match advertised room, no plugs by bed for medical equipment, broken light switches above the bed, cracked tiles, dangerous heater in bathroom right beside toilet , holes in door, toilet roll holder spinning around loose, bed smack bang on a radiator, dark dingy and breakfast not worth staying for, cold toast, Luke warm drinks, sausages like rocks.
Husband and sons disability stops them being able to report whilst there other wise would become serious conflict and possibly physical so I had to report after their return and then booking.com lost it and hotel refusing to accept responsibility despite having photos too - also tried saying could have moved them if known but were already told they were full when they arrived - Avoid for safety reasons !
