Trying to return due to shocking fit. Not worn, still labelled. Will not respond to emails.
I understand I will foot the postage for return, I do expect a full return of swimsuit price.

This business is horrible don’t waste your time and money. The size was wrong, and when I returned the item as I purchased it, I had to beg for a refund after a month.. and then was emailed that they were deducting an addition 2.00$ to put it in a plastic bag for the next purchase!!! It cost more to send back than the item was purchased for!! BS!

This business is a scam. I purchased approx $150AUD worth of dresses on this site. The quality and the cut were not of a high standard, so I opted to return them for a full refund, in September 2024 with a 9 day delivery timeframe. The parcel arrived in China about a week after I sent it. I’ve been advised by Australia Post that China customs contacted the addressee when it arrived with a question regarding the parcel, which Beach Sissi never replied to. It’s now February 2025, the parcel has been sitting at a delivery centre in China for 5 months. I have been in contact with ‘Ivy’ at customer service requesting that they respond to the customs request to release the parcel, which they are saying they cannot do. They are the addressee, of course they can respond to the request Customs sent them to have the parcel released. They refuse to help, they constantly tell me to ‘wait some more days’ it’s been 5 months. I’m sick and tired of the follow ups and having my time wasted. I want my refund now.

This company is a total SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! The products are complete crap quality, and your return/exchange choices are to spend more than the clothing is worth for a return to China, or a 10% refund!

Not true to size. Dress was too big and swim suit too snug up top. Went through the return request process as the website indicated and was told I had three options. To exchange, I had to pay $38 for shipping. To return, I had to pay postage to return to China. Last option was that if I wanted to keep the items, they would give me 10% refund of my original cost. Neither of these options are listed on their website under return policy. Rip off! Don’t buy anything from this company!

5 dresses came April 2024, sent back April 24,2024 bc the dresses where made with thin material that you could see through. Paid $30.00 to return $148.00 worth of product and here we are January 2025 and still no refund. I have the tracking and it says it made it to Chi an and made through customs in May 5, 2024. Do not waste your time and kk why and read other reviews.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! Unless you know the swimsuit will fit you perfectly do NOT buy from them!! They ship from China and basically give you extremely limited options to return!! You can either exchange and pay another $65 and not send back your original product but also risk spending even more money…option 2 they will give you ONLY 15% back in your original purchase and you can keep what you already don’t want and a “coupon” for 50% off your next purchase OR ship it back to China which will likely cost you more than the purchase itself!! Never will I buy from them again!

Horrible. Can’t return anything since you have to ship to china for more than the cost of the clothing. The clothes are super small and not good quality at all.

If I could give a zero star I would! Do not purchase from this company! It was the poorest customer service I’ve ever experienced! Not to mention I got damaged items that I wanted to return and several that didn’t fit and they took almost 4 weeks to get here so they came after my vacation. They told me I had seven days to return them of which I was already out of the country on vacation. When I went to return them, the cheapest shipping was $350! I spent $146 and it would’ve cost me double that to return it. When I asked why they do not have this disclosure on their website they told me to go find a cheaper shipping Parcel.

Don’t bother returning for size change or refund they will never be returned and you will not get your refund. Even registered post, had a follow up by Australia post this is reply

Foreign customs matters are pursuant to laws and regulations between the addressee and their government. Australia Post is unable to contact the addressee or contact a foreign customs service to secure or expedite clearance.

Just a scam!! They know this will happen when they ask u to return it 😡

These swimsuits run very small! Like as in child sizes. I ordered a medium. The top barely covered my C cup and i am in normal clothing a size 4.
I sent a message to them and the hassle to return has me eating the cost and keeping the suit.

Never….ever buy from this company. Like many others that have submitted reviews, I purchased swimsuits that didn’t fit & returned them to China. I spent $30 returning them but the suits were over $100 so I thought I’d come out ahead. SIX MONTHS LATER, they were returned to me as rejected my customs. This company is a joke!

Attempted to return to swimsuits and they made me send it to a Chinese address even though the package of bathing suits came from California. After 7 months the swimsuits were finally returned from China even though the address I had on the envelope was the exact one I'd been given. This is b******* and this is a crap company.

the clothes are gorgeous, the fabrics are great and they are of an incredible quality. They arrived on time, I absolutely recommend them

Don’t order from this company. I tried to exchange or refund as the size wasn’t like Australian sizes. Large was more like an extra small. Tried emailing many times with no response. This is a scam company. Buyer beware.
