I love this brand, the clothes are beautiful and the quality is excellent. I recommend it!

Do NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
Quality of the product is poor and then they ask you to ship it back to CHINA or you dont get a refund.
Of course, they don't offer a shipping label and the address they gave for return is not accepted by Fedex !

received items .. quality poor .. followed return/refund policy along with tracking. company said they can't claim return even though tracking puts it back in their possession. NO REFUND given .. scam the whole way .. not only no refund for items but also $$$ wasted on tracking return postage! SCAM company

Dodgy company, paid $47 return postage to get a full refund. 8mths later parcel arrives back at my home stating not claimed in China. Emailed company, they said bad luck and to mail back again. What a joke, never again…

I got 2 summer dresses which are perfect! The fabric and the quality is exceptionally great. They are fitting me just perfectly, really true to size. Can't wait to wear them on my next holiday. Thank you so much for such an amazing quality products.

Another scammer! Mislead you with their website, charge in USD and send items from within Australia. Items arrive that are such a bad fit and then you are told you have 7 days to return all items to CHINA for a refund. By the time you have paid for the tracked postage it’s cost the same as the items. Beware, more and more Chinese companies doing this now.

I should have read the review before ordering. don't waist your money. Worse costumer service, they answer you days later and you will not be able to returned your order unless you are willing to pay $200 to send it back to China.

I shopped for the first time with Beachsissi. The quality of clothes was very poor. I returned most part of the ordered items, but no refund was received. The pavkage was stuck in China post ror some customs clearance, but Beachsissi didn't agree to clarify with the post on the issues. Will never shop again there.

If I could give Beachsissi a zero I would. First off, the quality of their clothing and bathing suits is poor to say the least (I ordered on February 27, 2024). They reluctantly agreed to accept the return, but I had to pay for shipping back to China. I mailed the return in March of 2024. Tracking shows it was delivered mid April and yet refund never came and emails were ignored. Fast forward to September 30, 2024 and they returned the order to me. The package had clearly been opened and shut and then returned. Save your money folks and steer clear of this chop shop.

The product is poor quality and the colors don't even come close to what you see in the pictures.

I tried to return it, at my own expense! AND you have to ship it back to China! and now it's stuck in some kind of limbo and hasn't arrived to the facility. In the meantime, I'm out $250 with no end in sight. I mailed it all back in June!

I ordered a dress which took a long time to arrive and it was made of cheap fabric, looked not even close to the picture. Their return policy is terrible! I can return my dress and pay more for shipping than I paid for the dress. My other option was choose something else and pay an additional $18.00. The last option is keep it and get 10% of what I paid back.
This company SUCKS!!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! They are totally non-genuine! You will not be able to return the items. If you return items from Australia they will ‘get lost in customs’ which means you have spent a fortune on shipping, don’t have your items and they claim they haven’t made it back. They then remove the tracking from your postage. Do not order from here!!!!! The clothes are photographed well but are terrible quality!

I had an order from 28th of May, I didn’t receive it and I wrote many times to the service but they weren’t helping at all and at the end I learned that it returned and I wrote them to give my payment back and they said that they can only pay 20% of my order, they r so untrustworthy, be careful. By the way, I don’t know whether they will gonna pay me that 20% or not. My order should have come to my adress but it didn’t.

I tried to return over $200 worth of clothes to this company and the package got stuck in customs. The company could have their customs broker get the items out of customs but they refuse to do it. All they offered me was a 15% refund. They owe me $214 worth of product that I returned and they think offering $32 makes up for that? I highly suggest to anyone looking at their clothes to save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. They really are a horrible company.

Do not attempt to return any items. Mine has been sitting in customs for 3 months and when investigated it is because the company will not pay the custom taxes in order to receive the package and they will not refund me any of my money. That was $140 WASTED.

The return policy is ver poor. Sending items back to China will cost you more than the item.
They ask you to send more $ for shipment but then their pay pal account doesn't even work.
Buy local avoid issues. Not worth your time

I purchased a swimsuit, the shipping was fast, the materials were good, the appearance is exactly as in the picture, comfortable, of quality and very beautiful .

The dress is absolutely beautiful! The quality is excellent, and the material is really good. It’s exactly what I was looking for 💗
