I had a faulty beachwaver, I contacted the company and within 4 days I had a brand new replacement. I cannot fault the contact by email between myself and the company it was excellent service …

Only given 3 stars as even though they work well for my daughter (I can’t get to grips with them on my hair) they have broken and I only purchased them in August. The clamp has broken as spring has come away. So they are not very robust. Customer services are replacing no quibble, so hope the second pair last longer!

My hairdresser said I needed one of these fantastic curling irons. And she was so right. It’s amazing and so easy to use. I did have a small issue which the customer care team sorted out with such ease and professionalism. Get one now!! Love it so much. ❤️

Order arrived very quickly. Easy to use and hair looks amazing. Unfortunately the clasp broke within a few months but emailed customer services and they were amazing and replied to emails very quickly. My issue was resolved and replacement is on its way. Lots of negative reviews on here but honestly it's a fab bit of kit

I brought my beachwaver in December 2002, it is easy to use and takes no time to master. Recently the clamp stopped clamping so I couldn't use it how it should be! I contacted customer services on Friday 6th October just for advise and they worked quickly to resolve my issue and a new one is being arranged as I write this! Highly recommended

Dont even deserve 0 stars! Been seeing this ad on instagram and I was wowed! I bought it without reading all the horrible trust pilot reviews. This thing is so poorly made and so plastic. It doesnt curl ur hair AT ALL. it feels and looks like a toy curler! Customer service shocking saying I cant return it and sent me their policy. They said if its faulty they will replace it. Its a piece of garbage I dont want it I have consumer rights, 14 days return for online purchases! Instagram shame on u for allowing companies like this rip people off. DO NOT BUY!

I brought the Graffiti Beachwaver for £59 plus £9.99 p&p, thinking it was a bargain down from the advertised £119, although did wonder why they charged so much for p&p. On the first use it tangled in my hair and I badly burnt my forehead trying to get it out my hair. It hurt SO much and will leave a scar. The bit you clip your hair in is too small and you can't see the buttons to turn off. I never want to use this product again and hoped to be able to return it but have heard nothing from Customer services and probably won't. It seems they have a no returns policy anyway?! They bombard the market with a strong social media presence and lure people in with the videos and bright colours but need to accept their responsibility to look after their customers too rather than just fleece them with a disappointing and potentially dangerous product! AVOID!

Basic instructions. Huge burn marks over my face. Needed medical intervention. Since offering me 200 dollar credit why would I want that!!?? I want a full refund and compensation!! They have ignored me ever since!? WARNING!! Don’t buy from this shocking company they don’t care about their customers and I’ll keep leaving reviews until they learn to listen!?

Cannot fault the customer service!
Had a slight issue with my waver and I emailed to query warranty on the item and within a day this was answered and dealt with straight away with a new wand on its way! Amazing service

I’ve bought 3 in total for my daughters.
They are so easy to use and work wonders on my hair- I love it.
Their customer service is also very good and responsive. I forgot to use a 20% discount code during my last purchase, I notified them and they refund the difference.

Really impressed with the customer service I received from this company, had problems with the glasp on my beachwaver, and without hesitation and after proof of fault, I’m receiving a replacement. Really pleased.

Avoid!!! Item arrived faulty. Contacted company. 1st they said nothing I could do as it was in the sale - they seem to permanently have a "sale". Pointed out UK law. Opened case via PayPal but wanted me to return to IL, USA at my own cost of £38! I again pointed out UK law states for faulty goods seller must pay for return. Ive now contacted my bank and raised a dispute via them as I WILL get my money back.

Useless product - doesn’t work. Unless your hair is very long and very straight youve got no chance. Just left mine a frizzy mess.
Won’t even accept returns either, which is disgraceful!!! I’d get one if I’d bought from an actual store. So £50 down the drain
Would absolutely not recommend - another gimmick product with a heavy social media presence helping them.
Only giving the 1 star because it did arrive quickly - although also £10 for delivery and they use Evri who charge about £4.00 maximum. Rip off!!!

100% would recommend not just the product but the service! I ordered on a Friday morning and received just under 24 hours later! I was pleasantly surprised when it turned up! The product is also absolutely brilliant! Does exactly what it says, is as easy to use as it looks on the videos! It is so quick and with more use, the quicker you get! Honestly, besides the long lasting GHD straighteners this is the best curler I’ve ever had! Thank you!
