Brilliant. I’ve got so many hair tools and this is the first one that I can use easily to curl my hair. Also fast delivery too.

No received order yet but noticed I had entered wrong delivery address. Contacted customer service through messenger where details were changed

I had a faulty beachwaver which I had to send back from Uk to USA and was charged nearly £20 postage. Not only are they sending me a new beachwaver they have reimbursed my postage fee. What a friendly, helpful, efficient company to deal with.

Ordered from the UK website and it arrived in a couple of days. The curler itself is so easy to use and the curls last much longer than other wands etc I’ve used. I was quite nervous to order given the bad reviews but I’m so glad I did.

Received as a gift for Christmas, broke after 4 uses. Customer service terrible and ignoring emails - been 3 weeks now. Don’t buy!!

Avoid this company like the plague, all the reviews are true on how this shocking company operates. They ignore trading standards regulations that all companies are regulated by in the UK, such as 14 day distance selling rules making their own policies staying you can’t return items. The customer service is terrible too. Save your money and use straighteners if you already have them. They should hang their heads in shame with their shocking business practice. AVOID!

I ordered this item in December, it is now mid January, and after a few emails, im still waiting. If they can't provide then email me back and give me a refund.
NOT HAPPY

I initially saw the Beach Waver on TikTok before it launched in the UK. In November 2022, I was very excited to discover they were available to purchase and better still, in a Black Friday promotion at £69! The order process was fairly simple, however required you signing up to SMS advertising to get the free delivery code (or else pay the (9.99 standard delivery charge). Delivery was super quick, but sadly this was the only impressive part of the service. Once received, I tried the item out on my shoulder length hair. Having discovered the Beach Waver before it launched, I’d had plenty of time to research tips and tried it on my hair which hadn’t been freshly washed which was supposed to give better results. I followed the instructions and released the ‘curl’ from the clamp which sadly left a tiny limp. I tried again with a smaller section of hair with the same pathetic results. They just didn’t work at all for me. I visited the website to find how to return, to discover the website has a no returns policy once the box has been opened. Terrible! As the item is faulty (or put simply - just doesn’t work) they are required under UK laws to accept returns. Luckily, I’d paid by PayPal so submitted a claim request which they ignored. As a result, the claim was decided in my favour and I was able to receive a refund. So disappointed! The concept is amazing, but sadly the product didn’t deliver and customer service is non existent with a returns policy that doesn’t comply with UK law. Sadly one to avoid in my experience.

My item was lost by the delivery company. I contacted Beachwaver on multiple occasions to ask them to chase up my parcel (as per the delivery companies instructions) and received the same apparently automated response each time which in no way helped to resolve my problem. After each reply they advised they were closing my request for assistance. I ended up going through my bank to get a refund. An absolute joke of a company with zero customer service. Don’t waste your time or money on them!

Product not as good as described, you can't return items either.

I follow them on tiktok and was so excited for the UK launch. I bought the neon one and its my new favorite curling iron! So easy...

I ordered one of these curling wands during their recent sale. It was dispatched the next day and I received it two days later.

The product itself is very easy to use and produced beautiful curls.

I would definitely recommend this curler if you struggle with regular curling wands or straightners.
