I had been a regular customer but this…

I had been a regular customer but this has opened my eyes. Placed an order on 4/8/25 and received several AI generated emails falsely claiming that I would receive a tracking number. It’s sad how “people” use GOD to misuse and steal from people who truly believe in HIM. “They” will reap what “They” have sown.

These people are scammers

These people are scammers! Do not place any orders from them. You won’t receive your merchandise. I ordered something in January and haven’t received it yet. Sent me an old BS email about them being Christian and they are not scammers. Well where is my refund? I don’t even want the merchandise anymore. They could never ever get my business again. I know they are up to no good because they stopped answering my emails. What a shame. If this is what being a Christian is, I don’t want to be one. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!

Dishonest people

I placed the order in May and never received it, only got a email and have not heard anything back since. I see the website has been taken down. I didn't realize they were stealing money from other people if I would have read these reviews first I wouldn't have ordered anything else from them. In the beginning it was fine, I've ordered from them before.

Can I rate this a ZERO?!

Can I rate this a ZERO?!? I’ve never had a problem in the past. But now? I’ve been waiting almost 4 months for my order! Now they have taken down their website. This is disappointing and extremely frustrating! To be considered a Christian company and you’ve basically robbed people because you didn’t send merchandise or a refund.

Ain't seen nothing yet!

Placed an order on 4/26/25 and haven't received it yet. I first became suspicious when I saw the store disappear from the Shop App. I've emailed the company and each time I was assured my shipment would be dispatched within 1-2 weeks, and still haven't received anything. I believe the responses were AI generated. Now, their website is down. Like another reviewer, I'd ordered previously and only experienced slow ship, but never to this extreme. I'm not sure what has gone awry, personally or professionally, but it doesn't feel good for the consumer. It almost seems that they were using promotional texts and emails to lure prior consumers to their site for purchases, all without intent to actually provide any goods. I mean, why keep running promotions if you're not fulfilling the orders you have in-house?? Feels like a scam. I was literally receiving promotions in both forms of contact while I was waiting on my current order to process. You can pose as whomever you want to be online but God sees you and knows your ways. Yes, faith-based [or not] people lie and steal. I hate to see so many have fallen victim to this company when all we wanted to do is spread a positive and uplifting word with the world. I too, have requested a refund.

Same experience

Same experience. Lost my $ I'm sure. My fear is that they just opened a new page under a new name and will continue to steal from people using the Christian front.
Has anyone reached out to the BBB or Attorney General in Maryland?

Do not order from here!

Ordered in December and have yet to receive my $70 order I have gotten the same emails repeatedly telling me I will have my shipping information in a week or two and that they apologize but never a real person to communicate. Makes me sad, tried supporting small faith based business and they are coming off as dishonest and like a scam. Do not ever order from here.

Beacon Threads is nothing but THIEVES!!!

Just like everyone else is experiencing these people are THIEVES. They send a sporadic email for the delay and in our case we're told the shipping would be the following week. That was about a month ago. We ordered stuff for our 11 year old son's birthday as a gift and lo and behold..we have received NOTHING.

They are thiefs and it's either maddening or hilarious they run a "Christian" company. Some Christians!

DONT TRUST THEM ANYMORE! 4mo & still waiting

Ordered in the past and it was great. I placed my most recent order March 3rd and still haven't received it. I have emailed many times and asked for a refund but they send the same copy and paste message back each time. At this point I just want my $150 back so I can order from a trustworthy business.

Fraudulent thieves

Ordered clothes in February. Was told 7-10 days for delivery. As of today, June 25, I still haven’t gotten my order. They are thieves and have now begun ignoring my messages.

If only I could give zero stars

If only I could give zero stars, I would. It's very unfortunate what has happened to this company. I had ordered from them a few years ago, and everything went just fine. This year, I placed an order on February 11th with the promise of it being shipped within 7-10 days. It is now June 24th and I have yet to receive either of my orders. Every time I've reached out to them, I've received a generic reply. There has been nothing personal about any of their communication during this process. There has been no regard for the inconvenience, or the lies told and promises broken. Thier initial excuse? They are backlogged due to black friday and Christmas sales. Every reply states they will have tracking for me with a week or they are running behind and will have the order complete within 2 weeks. If they are so completely backlogged, sounds like they may be able to afford to hire additional hands to help them, right? I can't belive a "Christian" company has behaved in such a way. Just took the money and ran.

As I have read the reviews

As I have read the reviews, I unfortunately are along with many who has not received their merchandise. I ordered 3/23/2025. Even after email outreach, I received the same generic message regarding delays for the holiday season and no estimated date on when my items will get here. I have asked for a REFUND at this point and will be reporting them to the BBB. Its unfortunate, because I had ordered in the past and had no issues and liked the quality of their work. I guess even "FAITH" based business can be untrustworthy. SMH

I placed my order

I placed my order, first week of May, we are now in the end of June. Contacted them multiple times with emails, about my order. Asking also if I can get refunded they told me that my order was being processed and would be shipped and they would send me a tracking number as soon as possible. Don’t trust this company.

Believe every review that says they did…

Believe every review that says they did not receive their order. I placed my order 3/16/25. On 5/7/25, I sent an email asking for an update. I received a long apology email about processing a lot of orders from the holiday and that I could expect it to ship in 1-2 weeks. Well, I gave them more than 2 weeks and reached out today (6/20) to cancel at this point. They wrote me back another apology email, this time saying they would follow up to ensure I received a tracking number after yet another week. I noticed this time the email was signed from the “team” and not the owners’ names. Also, the last email from May said they were making the orders so it sounds like they may have changed to stop shipping or outsourced something. Either way, waiting three months for a hat that you told me would take 10 business days is outlandish. I wish I read the BBB complaints as those date back 5 years. They don’t want to grow as a business, they just want the money. They have nice designs but they are terrible to do business with. Because the refused to give a refund or cancel and keep pushing me off to wait another week, I’ve opened a dispute. It’s about the principle.
