Disappointed.

When I first started ordering from them about three years ago ordering process was fine. But starting in November or December 2024 the ordering process slowed down dramatically. My Christmas 2024 order was not delivered until mid-January.2025 I have two outstanding orders from February 2025 that I have never received. After emailing multiple times I received an email in May stating my merch would be mailed in 1-2 weeks. As of today I still have not received it. Now, I just want a refund but no response to that request either. Their merch was quite nice but their business practices have taken a derp dive!

Ordered on 4/23

Ordered on 4/23. Emailed on 5/19, and received next day reply that it would be another 1-2 weeks. After 4 weeks and no further response or delivery, I had no alternative other than to dispute charge for non delivery. Disappointed and will not patron again.

Do not order from this company!!

Do not order from this company. Absolutely poor customer service! I placed an order on April 10th and as of June 17th I have yet to receive my order, shipping confirmation or even a direct response from customer service. Here is the pre-typed message that I have received from customer service 5 times after I have requested for my order to be canceled and refunded:
Hi there,

We sincerely apologize for the delay in shipping your order. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to get this resolved.

We’ve already followed up with our shipping team to ensure that your order is sent out within this week. You can expect a tracking update shortly after it ships.

Thank you for your kindness and patience—it truly means the world to us. Please know that we’re doing everything we can to make this right. If there’s anything else we can do for you, don’t hesitate to reach out.

never received order , no responses , lost customer

I was sadly disappointed in this company. I placed an order from March 27th. They initially warned about a slight wait while each order is being created to order . I sent multiple follow up emails for status and expectation of delivery in May and June. I would receive what seemed like an automated email that would ensure me that they’re still processing it. They would send it out within two weeks, to still wait - today is June 16, 2025 my last email on June 8th , 2025asked for a refund due to this delay and lack of responses - I have yet to hear anything back this was a $85 order. at this point I would never order from this company again I was patient , I trusted them to be a reputable Christian company and was eager to support and rep the merch to represent my faith boldy but unfortunately I learned a lesson and God is still good.

Praying for Beacon

I actually use to order from them when they first hit the scene. I loved their product, it was quality and I am still wearing some of those T-shirts to this day. Fast forward to 2025, I ordered in February 10, 2025, and again April 12, 2025, and still no product. they have sent me the generic email responses as well when I inquire about my order. When I mentioned that they need to stop sending me emails regarding $5 T-shirts on sale, from their website, and fulfill my orders, they stop sending those emails, which tells me that they are probably scamming individuals. This is so sad, because I never had problems with them previously. I'm gonna pray for them, because something must have went awfully wrong for them to feel compelled to scam those of us who love God and want to walk in His purpose with our T-shirts.

Company has gone down the drain

Same as others have stated, I've ordered from the multiple times before and yes this will be my last time. I placed an order April 29th, emailed them on May 17th asking had my order been shipped because I hadn't received a tracking number. They assured they due to the holidays they had a backlog and it would be shipped in 1-2 weeks. Here we are a month later and still no tracking number.

Class Action Law Suit?

Ordered from this company on April 4 and still have not received my hat. Contacted them multiple times and received "standard" response emails that my order is in process, etc.

I asked for a refund in most recent email to which I got an email that they will tell their shipping department to get my order out immediately and haven't received it or my refund.

I am wondering if there is way to do a class action lawsuit against this company for all merchandise they haven't shipped or refunded us for??!! There website is now down and I can't find their original Instagram account.

I wish I had read these reviews first

I wish I had read these reviews first, but I trusted a Christian company to be reputable. I, like many others, ordered and have not received my merchandise. I've sent multiple emails and get told my item will be sent this week, but of course it has not happened. I noticed their website is now completely wiped clean. I've read the comments that they are behind on orders, yet they continued to heavily promote ads on social media, choosing to collect more funds and worsening their backlog. That screams scam.

Scam Cloaked in Religion

I'll have to concur with the other 1-star reviews. I placed an order for a T-shirt on 3/30/25, and have only been contacted by the company (usually boilerplate emails) a handful of times, mostly to acknowledge my order and try to sell me something else. Fat chance of that happening. I did hear back from "Brandon & Anita" to assure my order was still "in process," whatever that means. I alerted them to the fact that I purchased this item for an event on 6/20/25. I received no estimation about when it might arrive despite nearly 3 months having passed (the event is just one week away). Won't be doing business with this company again!

We do not believe in scamming or being frauds. We are children of God and constantly looking for His grace, wisdom and love in everything we do.

The pressure we placed on ourselves has caused us to fall behind. We make, ship and deliver to every customer happy or extremely dissatisfied.

We say all of this as a reason why it’s taking so long and not an excuse. We are diligently working through every order. We know that God has sent us many of you, and us to you, to provide merchandise with a message that uplifts the God in you and the person next to you.

Please know that you will receive your order and we do not have any intentions not to send them to you.

May God bless you, the people this may have affected and we ask that you pray for us as we do need it.

We know we can do all things through Christ and that He loves His people.

If I could give “0”

If I could give “0”, I would. I made an order in March for 3 sweatshirts and I keep getting the same automated response, “At this time, we expect remaining orders to be shipped within the next 1 to 2 weeks” due to the holiday rush!?! A Faith-based company that lies…give me a break. I informed them in my last email that they could keep my money, it seems like they need it more than me. Never again will I “trust” or order from Beacon Threads!

FORMERLY happy customer

I placed my fifth order with this company on MARCH 2, 2025. It's JUNE 12 and I have yet to receive it. This I have been delighted with this company, their service, and clothing in the past, I am now very unhappy and either want my order or my $70.13 back!!!

I would give this company zero stars if…

I would give this company zero stars if I could. They are a scam. I requested my money back and they told me no so I disputed it with the bank. I ordered two hats 2 1/2 months ago and when you email them, you get a generic email back saying They are backlogged due to the holiday even if there is no holiday please do not buy from this company.

Never received order. I contacted my bank and provided the Google reviews as proof of the scam and they reversed the charge and I got my money back!! I suggest everyone else do the same!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I made an order in Feb and still have not received it. And when I disputed the charge with my bank, they sent a fake tracking number. It's June. They hide behind the fact that they are "small business" but that's giving well run , actual small businesses a bad name. Just because something is small, doesn't mean they can steal from you or never send you an order. I hate that I didn't check reviews first on this one. Was trying to be supportive of a Christian , black owned business and I regret it.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

I'm only giving one star because I have to...they do not deserve it. DO NOT purchase anything from these charlatans posing as Christian business people. Saved probably, but they are con artists. I have repeatedly tried to resolve this matter over the last 4 moths to no avail. No refunds will even be discussed, and no solution to to shipping my T-Shirt order...just lie after lie. You have been WARNED... what looks good isn't always what you get from people. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
