Recently I needed to make a claim under my Critical Illness Policy. Beagle Street and my Claims Handler, Violeta, were absolutely fantastic.
The whole claim from initial contact to final payment was handled by Violeta, who updated me every step of the way.

Beagle street have been amazing since the start of my claim. I sadly lost my wife unexpectedly in November and they have guided my through the claims process.
Lisa my claims handler was very helpful and responsive to questions replying to emails and always being sincere with their approach.
It’s a call that you hope you never have to make but Beagle Street made it simple. Highly recommended 😊

I had a letter sent to me regarding my direct debit which must have been a technical error. I called up and spoke to a really lovely lady called Sherry (Davis). She was so kind and helpful and was honestly a joy to speak with. She helped me set up my online account and sent me an email with the information I needed immediately so I was able to access my policy to read all my documents. I wasn’t sure how to set up my online account so Sherry talked me through the whole process and sent me a link. She was such an upbeat person and had such a positive vibe about her. I hope all your customer service agents are like her as she’s an absolute credit to your company! Thank you ☺️

My claim was made stress free due to the regular progress updates via email from my claims handler Violeta. All I had to do was fill out my claim form and email it along with my proof of claim and Violeta did the rest. I couldn't be more happy with the service she provided.

Awful. Dreadful communication/customer service. I missed a key health detail about my brother and wanted this to be added to the policy details. I called them once, was told they would get back in touch when the underwriters had done their calculations. One missed phone call - nothing further. 3 months later tried phoning them again, they seemed to have no record of it and started the process again, told they would be in touch, no phone call. Email sent to them, not answered after a week. Avoid.

We took our life insurance 10 years ago, because we had to, for our mortgage.
With it came critical illness cover.
I never thought for a moment that we’d need to claim on it. In fact, I always thought that insurance was a bit of a scam, peace of mind while you don’t need it, but when you do, they find a way to avoid paying out.
My experience with Beagle Street and our claim handler, Violeta, could not have been further from this idea. When my wife received her cancer diagnosis Violeta was kind, compassionate and supportive. The claim process was relatively straightforward and the whole claim was resolved in a couple of weeks.

Having been involved in sorting out the estate of my recently departed brother in law, I can state that when I made contact with Beagle Street to discuss the insurance claim, I was lucky enough to be put through to Violetta. Throughout the process of obtaining doctors reports etc Violetta kept me informed & up to date with progress.
Although sorting out a loved ones estate isn’t pleasant Violetta did help to make the process easier because of her warm & accomodating manner.
Beagle Street can be proud of how good their service was.

I recently suffered a Stroke which was extremely frightening as well as life changing. I made a claim through my critical illness cover with Beagle Street. I honestly expected the process to be stressful- but it wasn’t. Completely straight forward and I was informed every step of the way. I provided what was asked of me and the funds were available quickly. Which has really helped with not worrying whilst I take time to recover.

I recently made a Critical Illness claim and spoke with Violeta, who honestly made the whole thing so much easier. She was warm, patient, and never rushed me. She let me talk things through in my own time, which really helped because the whole diagnosis process has been long and confusing.
I had to provide medical evidence and contact details for my GP and hospital, which is totally normal, and the only waiting around was for them to send the info back to Beagle Street. Throughout all of it, I was kept updated. I never had to chase or wonder what was happening.
When my claim was approved, Violeta called me again to go through everything. She explained it all clearly, in simple terms, and was just as kind and easy to talk to as she was on day one. I felt comfortable and genuinely supported from start to finish.
A stressful situation was made so much better thanks to her.
