Poor and Unreliable.

Poor communication from their respresentative. Didn't call when they said they would and eventually completely ignored my attempts to contact them. Pretty useless. Waste of time.

I can't praise this service enough

I can't praise this service enough. I was initially skeptical, as I was just looking at different life insurance options - already having life insurance but looking for a cheaper alternative.

Having avoided a few calls, I answered to Wesley who provided me with a 5 star service, and resulted in a cheaper policy!

The company did well but there was a delay from the underwriters which wasn't the best as it took several weeks to resolve.

Misleading info about timeline to action…

Misleading information about how long the process would take. Delays and poor handling meant my premium increased by a significant amount due to a birthday. End product was as requested but stressful process due to delays.
