Been subscribed for over a year now and am still enjoying trying different coffees each time and its nice to be supporting smaller / independent roasters in the process. Website is also nice and easy to use - have paused my subscription a few times when I've not needed as much coffee and then restarted it when i want more.
You pay a bit more (£8.99 for a 250g bag including delivery) which i don't mind too much as i only get one delivery per month, but it probably wouldn't be very cost-effective if you drank a lot of coffee. I think having the option to order bigger bags would be a good improvement.
Signed up with them about a year and a half ago. Get fresh beans delivered every two weeks since. My partner was skeptical at first, but she can't go back to the old store bought now (tends to have a stale after taste). I am a fan of having different coffees at random delivered, if there are certain ones you don't want, or don't like certain characteristics, you can choose to not have them sent out to you. Sometimes we buy 2 or 3 for when were off work as we tend to drink more. It's nice to have so much choice.
All my coffee needs are met, it's definitely worth at least trying.
I have had some great coffee from Beans Coffee Club subscriptions. It's very competitively priced and I like that the beans are coming direct from a variety of roasters all over the country. On the other hand this can make delivery times a little less reliable than a service that dispatches a smaller range of beans from a single location.
Website is well-designed and easy to navigate. Communication is great and not too many emails! Most importantly, the coffee has been consistently excellent despite being a random selection! Brilliant all round.
It was my first coffee subscription, and I'm very impressed by the service and quality and freshness of the coffee.
I've had a coffee bean subscription for just over 12 months and have always received quality bags of roasted beans from a variety of excellent independent roasters. The updated website is very good and it's very easy to navigate your way round and to pause the next delivery when having a surplus of coffee. I'd highly recommend the Beans Coffee Club.
It’s been great to switch between different roasters from month to month. Having the ability to switch out the freshly roasted coffee which is due to be delivered and replace with another randomly generated variant is great.
Easy to navigate website, quick responses and rapid delivery of coffee at a reasonable price. I found the grind a bit fine for my Aeropress and would have liked it a bit stronger but you can alter your preferences wasily on the website.
I like that you an excellent selection of whole bean coffees from independent roasters. Every delivery is different. Never get bored of drinking the same coffee.

Great range of decaf, and feels good supporting multiple independent businesses when reading the information cards which come with it.
Great coffee club, u fill out a little survey to establish what coffee would suit you, I only drink decaf so it was refreshing to see so many choices where I haven't been able to find at other selling outlets. My coffee arrived well packaged and quickly, I am looking forward to trying all the different flavours.
I love ordering my coffee from here. Range of coffee available is extensive and having tried many coffees, I've not been disappointed with any of the coffees from here. The ease of having it delivered through the letterbox is fab. Customer services excellent. Having tried other subscription coffee companies, I have to say this is the best value with the best quality I've had. The added bonus of having points is great too. The website has been improved, but can still do with some refinement to make it more intuitive and user a friendly.

Fantastic company.
On my first order they sent me ground instead of beans and I sent them and email asking to make sure the next order was beans but didn't ask for a replacement. However 2 days later a bag of beans arrived and then a few days later another bag of beans arrived. My only guess is that they noticed their own error and corrected it and when receiving my email sent out another replacement. None of which were necessary but greatly appreciated.
The coffee itself is outstanding, and have now recieved my second brand of beans and they are equally good as the first brand.

I have been a member of Beans Coffee Club for several months and I have found the experience first class. I have two subscriptions which allow me to enjoy both the Beans coffee itself and that of other roasters on a rota basis. All of the coffee has been great and I find it enjoyable to be able to sample different coffees.
The communication is exemplary, with a couple of queries being answered promptly and professionally.
I am the only coffee drinker in my household, so was concerned about tying myself into a subscription which committed me to having excess coffee. However, the Beans website is easy to use, with the subscriptions being super flexible to skip, cancel or re-arrange delivery dates with as little as 1 bag of coffee per month.
Only been a member since Christmas but have found the beans coffee club service excellent. Easy to order, delivered when expexted and quality and selection of beans great.
Great selection of coffees, convenient subscription scheme and one-off ordering. Website can be a bit tricky on mobile, but really helpful customer service if things don’t quite go to plan.
Great beans,and it’s nice to have different beans to try each month I love the strong ones the only gripe I have is the time the beans take to arrive from receiving the email to say their on their way.
I was a bit dubious initially, as usually I go straight to the roaster but this was all done for me on this occasion and great coffee was delivered within a day or two of the roasting date
I love the variety of coffee flavours I receive in the time period of my choosing, never had a bad batch yet! Confirmation before sending is useful so I know when to expect the next one.
