Great coffee and great service! Had a bit of a mix up with my first bag as the delivery days were set up incorrectly - but customer service was great and efficient at rectifying it!

Having been in the speciality coffee industry myself for years, the selection is top notch and I’ve only had 1 bag that wasn’t to my taste!

Just wish they offered 500g or kilo bags too!

The coffee is so good and customer support is also good!

Brilliant website; awesome coffee

Truly excellent selection of coffees from independent roasters around the UK. I thought that I might want to choose my own selections, but I’ve enjoyed every coffee I’ve been sent. Very flexible subscriptions which can be altered at any time, as can your preferences. There’s also a store where you can make ad hoc purchases whenever you want to. Why buy coffee anywhere else?

The freshness of the coffee is the best part of this subscription service, you tend to be able to taste the different notes due to it only being roasted a couple days before delivery. I love getting a new coffee every couple weeks and the option to skip deliveries and send them earlier really make it very convenient. Being a decaf coffee drinker I would like to see more decaf options as I believe the different coffee beans will recirculate once you’ve tried them all. But that’s my only downside to this service! I would recommend :)

Lovely fresh coffee and solid, responsive customer service (which I only contacted due to a minor delay in delivery once). It has been easy to skip weeks as needed, so overall it has been a great experience and cheaper than buying the same beans locally.

I can't understand these damaging reviews for this company.
I've been a subscriber for a year or so.
They have never missed a coffee delivery, have never been late with a delivery, and have always done as I have asked. I ask to pause, they do it, ask to start again, and they do it. Change my subscription, they do it.
I've had many lovely coffees (I grind my own) from them. All geared towards my preferred flavour notes, which I chose from the off and have since changed with no hassle.
From my very long experience with this company the only word I can find to describe that experience is faultless.

Read the recent reviews and was quite shocked at how poor they were.

I joined Beans when I saw it on Dragons Den and I've been a member ever since. I’m a member of a couple of other subscriptions too. The thing about this subscription is the variety of coffee you receive. They match flavours based on the questions you answer at the start to ensure you get a coffee you enjoy. This is quite unique.

Yes, some coffee is slightly cheaper than the subscription but the recent loyalty scheme means the club is still better value. P&P is also included which is important.

The packaging is great - I discovered recently that this keeps it fresher for longer and more easily recycled than some bags which is great.

Now the coffee - in the 2ish years I’ve been a member, I don’t recall a coffee I’ve disliked. Some I enjoy more than others. Some suit different brewing methods. I’m not 100% convinced the algorithm of picking coffee is perfect but they’re still all good.

I’d definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a varied subscription. Drinking the same coffee all the time is boring! I’d love to work for Beans in some capacity to help their flavour matching and discuss putting more about brewing methods for each coffee on their bags or app. I think that will drive the business to a new level.

I love the variety of decaff mokka pot coffee I get sent each time, and the ability to save my favourites.
The service is also great, amazing attention to their customers needs.
I also align with the the ethics of the company

Amazing coffee, I have a regular subscription for my decaf coffee and I just love it! The customer service is very good as once I needed their assistance. Highly recommended!

Early days as I have only just started a subscription but so far so good. First coffee despatched and received within a few days of signing up and the online account allows me to see next coffee delivery and not have to worry about what to choose. Nice also to have a variety of coffees rather than the same old supermarket limited choice.

Very happy with the coffee that I've been sent, nice not to worry about having to remember to buy coffee from supermarket. Have been with them for over a year and always very satisfied.

5 stars. I love the selection of coffee. I can update my preferences based on what I like and receive something special every two weeks. Really convenient and good value.

I like the coffees. I don’t like the delivery schedule. It seems a bit hit and miss you never know when the next one’s coming.
This is my second subscription. I’ve got annoyed of waiting for the Coffee to arrive. I’m gonna give them another chance. See what happens this time.

Perfect service if you're unsure on what you like and dont like. Recommendations are given and you choose other options too. Easy to set up subscriptions and also to cancel if it's simply not for you. Prices are fair market value for he service they provide. I've personally used this service on and off for a couple years when I wanted to try varied coffee beans.

I have a subscription where I can chose my tasting profile and on a periodic basis (which you can select) they send a bag of coffee beans to me. I can honestly say each bag has been exactly the type of coffee I enjoy. It's a great way to try different types of brands while supporting local roasters. I also have control to paid the subscription in the event I get behind on my use and can restart as needed. Well worth it. I have used pact before and never liked the quality of the beans there.

I have used this company for a couple of years now (stopped for a period of time because of personal reasons)and always found the Beans great. Communication is always good and price is more expensive than on their website but I realise that it includes postage so not an issue.

Nice coffee, easy to use service

I have been a member of Beans for 11 months now and, throughout, they have provided excellent service. I am kept fully informed every month about the membership renewal, collection of funds, and dispatch of coffee. Every coffee is delivered in fully recyclable packs and every coffee, so far, has been most enjoyable.
I highly recommend this coffee club.
