There are many reasons why I love Beans Coffee Club, but here are some of the main ones:
The coffee is always fresh and delicious. I have tried several different roasters and they all have their own unique flavours and aromas. I can tell that they use high-quality beans and roast them with care and passion.
The service is easy and flexible. I can change my preferences, pause or cancel my subscription, or skip a delivery anytime I want. The customer service is also very friendly and responsive, and they always answer my questions and resolve any issues quickly.
The service supports local businesses. I like that Beans Coffee Club works with small and independent roasters who are passionate about their craft and care about their customers. I feel good knowing that I am supporting local businesses and helping them grow and thrive.

I have been with beans coffee club since before dragons den and the improvements have been amazing !
I subscribe to coffee every two weeks and purchase one offs in between if anything catches my eye . The new packaging is easy to open and the coffee as expected is always freshly roasted and matches the description for flavour , I would recommend beans to anybody .

This company provides the largest selection of decaf coffee I have been able to find.
Delivery has always been within a few days of roasting.
Contact via an email is always answered within a day or two, so no problem with not having a phone line.
The coffee beans tend to be a bit bitter but I think it is more likely that I have not set up my coffee machine properly.

Have been with Beans coffee Club since I brought my bean to cup machine. I find their coffees to be excellent, they always deliver to my taste preferences and the fact I get to try different, fresh roasted beans every time is a delightful.
Delivery included in the price means I know exactly what I am paying and always find each blend interesting, keeping my love of coffee fresh.

I’ve used this service for over a year now and have always been very happy with the quality and customer service. Occasionally problems have come up with my orders but customer service has always been quick to resolve and have even in times helped intervene after I’ve ordered to change address when I accidentally selected the wrong one.

I really enjoy the variety of speciality coffees and that it’s roasted fresh to order - I’ve not been able to justify going back to store bought beans ever since!

I have a weekly subscription and absolutely love the variety and quality of the beans from Beans!
I have emailed about a couple of queries in the past 9 months of dealing with them and they always get back to me quickly and efficiently. Massively recommend these guys!

Can’t argue with the service supplied. I personally just leave it to choice as to what beans I get, I know you can personalise taste but I just like a bit of everything.

Great coffee’s to your door. I haven’t got the time to browse and select something so trust their expertise in selecting something I’ll like based on my preferences. They’ve not let me down.

The coffee that arrives is always excellent. It’s easy to pause the subscription if you are on holiday or whatever so you don’t end up with a mountain of beans.

I had a pouch of coffee that wasn't sealed properly.
Unfortunately I could no longer find the packaging after having to throw away the very stale beans.
They still refunded my money for this one off episode.
I really appreciated this kind gesture.

The service, communication and quality of coffee is fantastic

I’ve never had a problem with this subscription and have been using them for over a year now. The one time they sent the incorrect order it was rectified quickly. I’ve found it a great way to experiment with a host of roasters from all over the country that I would not have come across otherwise. Had some wonderful coffees and some mediocre ones but I’m more aware of the roasters I like and can order more of their coffee as a result. Easy to pause when you don’t want a delivery and always arrives on time. No complaints whatsoever and enjoying exploring coffees from roasters far and wide. Keep up the good work.

I’ve been using Beans since 2023 and cannot fault them!

I started out by getting supermarket beans when I first bought my coffee machine, but after reading freshly roasted coffee is better, I found Beans coffee club and thought I’d try it. I did temporarily pause my subscription (which was easy and no had no issues doing) to keep costs down but going back to cheaper supermarket beans made me realise how much better freshly roasted was! So I’ve turned into a bit of a coffee snob now and only use freshly roasted haha.

Also I like that i get £5 rewards every couple of months and can get rewards for referring friends to use them. So for me, it’s well worth the money to get a fresh pack posted to me each week, and I like trying out different brands I wouldn’t have found otherwise.

I’ve been using Beans Coffee Club for over a year now. Generally very happy with the products I receive and have enjoyed some great tasting coffee. It’s sometimes difficult to gauge how much coffee you’re getting through but it’s been relatively easy to pause my subscription should I acquire a surplus.

Love it they always send us great delicious coffee. Bought as a gift for the husband. Always comes on time and packaged beautifully. Not had a bad flavour yet.
