I subscribed with a 50% offer, meaning I could take their premium subscription for around the price of a good quality supermarket bag of coffee (£5.50)
What appealed was the option to review and adjust my preferences based on each bag. First bag arrived, and whilst it smelled amazing I found the taste quite mild and unexciting, so I went to the site to update my preferences... it didn't work. I was told it was a new subscriber glitch and it'd be fine for bag two, so I took their suggestion of coffee for the next delivery.
Second bag arrived (Brazilian) which smelled incredible again, but taste was similarly underwhelming. Also pretty similar to the first bag.
If the price had remained at the 50% offer level I may have continued, but I don't think the two bags I received were anywhere close to £11 in value, so I've now cancelled.
The coffee was nice, but for me no better than the great, much better value options I can get at supermarkets. I'll miss the smell when I open the pack, but that's about it.
Note: I'm no coffee pro, but I've tasted it around the world at most price points, fresh and pre-packed, and I think I have a decent idea of what's good.

After spending almost £1000 for a coffee machine I have received voucher from Delonghi for a free coffee. Unfortunately, I had to sign up for subscription with Beens Coffee club. They offered me another option to get a free coffee for any person who signs up with my unique code. I thought that’s great, so my fiancé also signed up, provided his own bank account. They quickly took a money from his account and didn’t send me a free coffee for referral, saying that our address is already on their list, so I’m not entitled to that offer. After exchanging few emails, trying to explain that we both signed up separately, so they had our both bank details, they continued to refuse sending what they promised.
Therefore, please be aware if you receive email like below, and refer someone, you will not you get a free coffee for every person who signed up!!!
‘For the rest of the month of Love (till midnight on day/month), you will get a FREE BAG OF COFFEE whenever somebody signs up with your unique code.

We both cancelled subscriptions with our banks, otherwise they still would be able to take more payments.
Actually pretty good coffee, very fresh. Customer support responded promptly when there was a delay with Royal Mail.
I decided to ignore the previous reviews and give this club a go myself and I have not been disappointed. I'm thoroughly enjoying my subscription and can't wait for my next blend to try. Service has been great for me too.
Re comments below, just because people prefer to remain anonymous does not mean their experiences are not real - they are, people are becoming increasingly nervous of being trolled. All it takes is to look at prices by buying direct to understand the mark on coffee chosen for you which does not always match the profile submitted. You make not recognise Trustpilot, but they are still trusted.

This along like many other subscription based coffee companies have control over your order, the roasters can send out old stock and even coffee that is not to your taste profile, I also think that the independent coffee roasters in the Uk are getting greedy £8 to £10 + for 250-gram bag while I am now getting my coffee from Europe supplier 450-gram for same price, takes about 4-5 days to arrive price for P&P same.
My experience was not great with beans coffee club, they did contact me but did not come back with an answer to the issue or a replacement bag of coffee as promised.

Deserve less than a star!!
Assured to replace the coffee bag which did not get delivered even after 2 weeks. Cancelled this without notifying me and after keeping me wait for another 2 weeks. The second bag got delivered in 8 days. However, the coffee was very acidic and unpalatable. Poor show. Poor quality. Poor professionalism. Stay away!

Thank you for responding to my review on Trustpilot, although I must say I am disappointed with your handling of the situation. I would like to clarify a few things that you have mentioned in your response. (after Beanscoffeeclub deleted their original response not recognising Trustpilot as their review platform and not recognising myself as a (former) Beanscoffeeclub subscriber)
Firstly, I stand by my original review and rating that I had provided on Trustpilot. My experience with your company was not satisfactory, and I believe I have every right to share my experience on a review platform like Trustpilot. Your response to my review was dismissive and unprofessional, which only reinforces my negative experience with your company.
Secondly, while I appreciate that there were Royal Mail strikes at the time, the delays in my order were not the only issue I faced with your company. I had to cancel my subscription due to delay in delivery and related issues with no satisfactory effort from the seller's side to make up for the shortcomings. Furthermore, with the second bag, the coffee was found to be of poor quality and unpalatable. These issues are not solely due to the Royal Mail strikes, and I believe it is unfair to use them as an excuse for poor customer service.
Lastly, I want to reiterate that I have every right to share my experience with your company on Trustpilot. It is not unscrupulous to share honest feedback about a product or service, and as a customer, it is my right to do so. Requesting TrustPilot to delete my review and posting a new one under false pretences is not a solution to the issue at hand.
I hope that in the future, your company takes customer feedback seriously and works to improve your customer service and product quality. I will not be changing my review and rating on Trustpilot, and I hope that other potential customers take note of my experience before subscribing to your service.
If Trustpilot wishes to see evidence for my rating, please get in touch with me. Regardless, I am happy for Trustpilot to delete my review at their discretion.

The trial was vile and coffee extremely bitter/acidic.
