Got beautifully made little wooden reindeer for glasses which are personalised. Loved everything about them. Delicate, perfect size and great personalisation as well as a little free gift. Would use business again in a heartbeat.

The product and post sales customer service is excellent. The only warning/advice I would give is on potentially lengthy turnaround times. Their website fairly states they need up to 7 days processing, with postage time on top.

Just due to where weekends dropped and the timing of my order, my product took 9 working days (and 13 total days) to arrive in my letterbox after placing an order - just make sure you order in good time!

You are amazing! I’ve been looking for name plaques on and off for three years and I’d never really settled on one. I’ve just received my name plaques and I can’t believe the quality.
