Awful company
Awful company, I ordered over 2 months ago and have yet to receive any communication from them. Let alone the item I received. I have emailed several times to follow up on the order with o response. All of the 020 numbers are out of service and the mobile number attached to the website rings through to voicemail. The service is terrible. Would never recommend this company as it is very clearly a scam. Will be reporting to the bank and to trading standards

The cheeky people have just replied to my Trust pilot review but have still not replied to any communication to me whatsoever and trust me i have tried every way to contact them, legal proceedings is the only way against these type of people, i have all of his personal info from companies house so we may drop him a visit or send the police round because he's clearly a scam artist !!!!!!!
Even his name on the Trust Pilot reviews is fake, his real name is George Kofi NSIAH
Ordered over a month ago, not received item and no response to emails - they’ve stolen £70 from me!!!

SCAMMERS
Ordered item before Christmas, received email to say that the order had been received. Item didn’t arrive, so messaged via email, messenger service on their website and Facebook. Not reply. Tried calling them, phone never answered. CLEARLY A SCAM WEBSITE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO MY BANK AND TRADING STANDARDS.

Would not use this company again

Is it poor management, miscommunication within the company or do they just want to go bust! Please do not purchase from this company unless you want poor service via plentiful emails!

Very bad experience of this company. Ordered a jacket 3 weeks ago as a Christmas present. There is no tracking information, no one answers the phone or responds to emails. It still hasn’t arrived and i can’t get hold of anyone after trying repeatedly. Terrible customer service. Do not order from this company.

Bought new socks just because they were…
Bought new socks just because they were in my recommended section. But then when I used them wow it’s like I have cushions under my feet. And it held my feet in such a good grip. I love them even more than the sports socks from big brands. It is very comfortable while being both soft and thick.
