Poor customer service

I can’t comment on the quality of goods as I am still waiting for them. Understandable to be busy but lack of communication is not acceptable. I have rung, no-one answers, I have filled out an online form which should be answered in 24 hours and no-one responds. I have emailed and still waiting to see if/when I will get the order I paid for.
Edit: order received finally, however wrong size delivered.

I placed an order for Dior aftershave

I placed an order for Dior aftershave. The order was given a 3 working day delivery. I have still NOT received it. YOU cannot get through to this company only a GIFF GAFF mobile. Avoid!!!!

Placed an order

Placed an order , no confirmation email, so went onto my account to check the order, says what I ordered is now out of stock, tired to call lots of times, no answer, have emailed a number of times no reply. I would like a full refund for my order but cant get through to anyone to help.

Avoid

Avoid. Brought my sons 2 sets of Calvin Kleins underwear for c£40 within days of wear holes appeared. Requested a refund and was offered 40% off my next order, why would I want to order anything else from this Company! Rubbish

Only part of order received with no…

Only part of order received with no delivery note/invoice. Emailed to query this and was told remaining part of order would arrive within 5 days! This never arrived. In addition the items purchased are not in official merchandise packaging which makes me suspect their authenticity.

I am currently awaiting a response re missing order before contacting credit card company to lodge a cash back claim.

Horrible service and communication

Horrible service. A week after ordering had to send an email for an update to only find out the item was sold and jot being sent!!

I wasn’t impressed that the two items…

I wasn’t impressed that the two items of my order came separately, and one item didn’t come in the brand box, like the other item (although they were the same just different colours)

Terrible

Very unhappy with the customer service. The products arrived not as I expected (branded boxers in plastic bags) and when I emailed for returns label I didn't not receive a reply. I have since emailed several times without reply. I have also returned the product paying for delivery myself and have not received a refund. Would never recommend or reuse.
