The plant I ordered arrived today, however all the flowers are dead. A total rip off sadly, tried calling the company and no one is picking the phone.
An experience not to be repeated, I am afraid.

Ordered a Monstera (which is huge and very beautiful) Unfortunately the pot came broken, but was dealt with extremely quickly and efficiently by Ash. Will be ordering again. Can highly recommend :-)

I love this company. The website is really clear and easy to use. The range of plants and gifts is brilliant and good quality. The customer service was excellent in sorting out a delivery problem. Useful to be able to nominate a delivery date.

I ordered two plants, one artificial and one real. The artificial one was better than I’d expected so I was very happy, but the real one arrived having been badly damaged en route. I contacted customer services, unsure what sort of response I might get, but they were great, very helpful and friendly, and a replacement plant arrived on my doorstep in excellent condition within 48 hours. I’d definitely be happy to purchase again.

Thank you B&D for my healthy looking plants for my small outdoor patio. I had the choice of swapping with two other plants since one of the other plant was not healthy looking. Other places I've ordered before have taken my money and delivered very dry ill looking plants

Had to return one plant,which was my fault as I got measurements wrong!No problem returning for refund.

The Swiss Cheese plant arrived with all the top leaves bent over. They have grown over like this which shows the plant has not been kept in ideal lighting. These things happen, so I phoned customer services. Photos were sent and emails explaining the problem and asking to return the plant. I have not had any reply. No response. No apology, no attempt to put things right. I have always used Patch Plants before and have had excellent customer communication.
Update. After a conversation, I managed to speak to customer services, the plant is being collected and taken back.

The flowers are standard red, not pink as photographed on the lipstick plant I purchased through the Dunelm website because I thought the flowers would be different from the usual dark purple and red lipstick plant. After it arrived, I emailed immediately because I was concerned I'd received the standard variety. However, as the plant hadn't flowered fully yet, I was told to wait until it had bloomed fully. I was reassured that if, once it had flowered, I still wasn't satisfied, they would resolve the issue.
When the plant finally flowered, it produced the standard dark red flowers, not the light purple and pink flowers shown in the product photos. I contacted customer service again, expecting them to honour what they'd promised. Instead, I was told the images were taken under studio lighting and had been edited, that the flowers were never actually light purple and pink, and that they would pass my comments on to their marketing team.
I already owned a healthy, mature lipstick plant with standard red flowers, so I knew this wasn't a different variety. In fact, you can buy the same plant elsewhere for £10 to £20 less.
Since leaving my original review, I've noticed the plant has been removed from the Dunelm website altogether, which raises even more questions. In my opinion, the listing was misleading. I bought the plant based on the advertised flower colour, received a standard red flowering plant instead, and the company did not follow through on the resolution they had promised when I first contacted them after delivery.

I was really disappointed when my orchid arrived. The delivery had been delayed and by the time it reached me, the potting medium was completely waterlogged and the roots had started to rot. It definitely wasn’t in the condition I was expecting.

That said, what really stood out was the customer service. As soon as I got in touch, the team responded quickly with genuine kindness and empathy. There was no back-and-forth or trying to avoid responsibility. They apologised, immediately arranged a replacement, and kept me updated throughout.

Sometimes things go wrong in transit, and I appreciate that not everything is within a company’s control. What matters is how they handle it, and Beards & Daisies couldn’t have been more helpful. Their friendly, thoughtful approach turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a very positive one.

Received a great experience from Vanshika in the customer service team. The delivery company lost my plant in transit. I reached out to the customer service email and received a response quickly. They resent my order for next day delivery. Love the plant and pot. Thank you beards & daisies and the customer service team.

I ordered a ZZ plant as a gift for my sister who had just had back surgery. Unfortunately the plant was not of the quality I expected. I emailed Beards & Daisies and the lovely Vanshika replaced the plant.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. My original cowboy cactus arrived damaged, with the top broken and signs that it had been handled improperly during transit. After contacting customer service, a replacement was sent, but unfortunately the second cowboy cactus also arrived damaged.

Receiving two damaged plants in a row shows a serious issue with packaging and quality control. I expected much better, especially considering the cost of these plants. Sadly, this has been a very frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I have used beards and Daisies a few times now for their artificial plants . The olive tree is a big favourite of mine .
They may appear pricey but I think they’re worth it 👍🏼

Lovely customer service- changed the address for delivery when I failed to realise that I was sending the plant to myself and not to my Aunt for her birthday. It got there in time as a result!

I ordered 3 plants and the next day I got an email to say one type I ordered isn't doing well in the nursery and would I like to pick a new one or just get a refund. Thank you for not sending out a plant just to make money. The 3 that arrived are in beautiful condition and have made a great addition to the collection. The refund for the price change came back to me really fast too. Will definitely be ordering from them again.
