Excellent my experience was during the extreme heat and there was a slight delay in my delivery and I was concerned as it was a gift.
I was refunded the delivery charge and the gift did arrive on time what more can I say only that the plants were lovely

Ordered two 60-70cm Pink Hibiscus plants. I bought them in the sale for £60.00. Firstly, they were delivered separately. They didn’t look anything like the pictures on their website. They also had what appeared to be yellow minuscule buds. I contacted customer services who advised “ Hibiscus blooms can change colour as they develop and mature” This is news to me but accepted this explanation. However, the second plant received was damaged and had a major broken stem.
Customer Services advised “ While the plant does appear to have some uneven growth and a damaged stem, hibiscus are naturally quite vigorous growers and can often recover well from pruning or minor damage. The plant should encourage new shoots and fuller growth as it settles into its new environment, especially with plenty of sunlight and regular care. For the broken stem, I would recommend carefully removing any damaged section with clean scissors or secateurs, as this will help the plant focus its energy on healthy new growth”
I can’t believe they expect me to try and fix the damaged/broken stem, after I have paid £60.00. Then to add insult to injury, I stated I wanted a replacement plant. They advised they would collect the damaged plant and upon receipt, either send me another plant or give me a refund.
I wanted two pink hibiscus plants that mirrored the same size and colour. I don’t want different size plants. Who is to say they will have the same pink colour!
I am happy for them to collect the damaged plant but to also deliver the replacement plant at the same time. I am not impressed with the lack of responsibility taken by Customer Care. They advertise a “Happiness Guarantee” 30 day plant guarantee!! That’s not what I am experiencing. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t buy from them again. I was happy to pay the discounted price of £60.00 for two pink quality hibiscus plants but this experience has been appalling .

Great experience. Had an issue with the original order being incomplete - it was sorted and on its way within 24 hours of my email.

Excellent customer service

I had an issue with part of my order as the courier company looked liked they had dropped kicked a ceramic pot.

Rosie dealt with it quickly, politely and without any fuss. A replacement was arranged straight away, and the whole process was handled really well.

I have had several plants from them and when i had problems with one they were very helpful and eventually replaced my plant for me.Great contact throughout from Vanshika who was brilliant.

I payed for the quick delivery (which I tried to change to the relaxed version, but the website didn’t let me and automatically switched to the more expensive option) and my parcel never arrived. I also emailed them and got no response. Similarly there is no communication during the delivery process, so I have no idea where my package is or why it is so delayed.

I have made two orders with Beards & Daisies. The website is very easy to use. The first plant was a gift for my firend and she loved it. The second order was for myself. It was slightly delayed and they were fantastic - even got a credit voucher and a refund of my delivery fee. Great plants, pots - everything. Wonderful service too.

I had a great experience with Beards & Daisies. The plants arrived healthy, well-packaged, and exactly as described. Delivery was prompt, and the care instructions were clear and helpful. Ordered Aspidistra with pot, plant is a beauty but unfortunately the pot was broken on arrival. Not a problem once I contacted customer service, photos sent and pot replaced immediately! No issues, no questions, nothing, just excellent service! This is my second time ordering from Beard and Daisies and always been very positive.

I love this company. Their plants arrive in such good condition. And, so far, I have kept them all alive.
There was a little bump with my latest order but it was resolved quickly and efficiently. I just need to fix my outdoor space so I can fill it with more wonderful plants from Beards & Daisies.

I had an issue with the recommended pot for the plant I bought, as it turned out to be too small. I contacted customer service, and Vanshika helped me arrange an exchange. Within just a few days, the incorrect pot was collected and the correct one was delivered, with no extra cost.

I have ordered from Beards and Daises several times, always arrived in a timely manner and the prices are always great. My plants still are thriving! (Maybe not the prayer plant because office AC is a murderer).

I love browsing on the website, and being a plant parent, I’ve also managed to get a few of my coworkers also buying from here due to the quality.

Most importantly, customer service was great from Rosie, I needed a housewarming plant in 4 days and picked the wrong delivery option. They sorted out within a day of me contacting customer services, which is an absolute relief for me. I’ve become a life long customer here, it’s always been a pleasant experience.

I was so disappointed by my experience. The plants arrived very quickly and initially looked great - only I then quickly discovered one had bugs, which meant they were all exposed. I contacted the seller multiple times with photos & videos (some blurry, fair enough - bugs are tiny! but videos were clear of moving critters). I offered to do a video call, but in the end i got lots of advice and then was told they couldn't confirm there were bugs / that the bugs came from them. I don't know how you would ever confirm this... I always open plants in a clean room and quarantine them, so finding bugs immediately they could only have come in the parcel. Sadly I won't be using them despite being convenient.

Edit, thanks for reply! I sent a number of emails either photos and videos and was told they couldn’t tell the moving critters were bugs or be sure they came from your plant. Please do let me know anything else that would have helped. Thanks!
