I ordered a few things to be delivered for a birthday. The couriers had a bit of a mess up the first time and weren’t able to deliver but Beards & Daisies did everything to help when I sent them a stressed email! They sent out a new plant straight away and it arrived the next day! Communication with Ash was amazing, I can’t fault this company!
Would 100% recommend!

Amazing company. Placed an order for the first time for some gorgeous olive trees and terracotta pots. Delivery was super quick and plants were just beautiful, packaged well. Unfortunately, one of the pot saucers was smashed in the box. Sent an email to the company…a new saucer with a free pot arrived within 2 days. Amazing customer service! Well done. Will be using again.

In an age of everyone is for themselves and heartless corporations, these folks were a breath of fresh air. Had a problem with one of the plants (others great) which to be fair may have been down to a mistake I made. Emailed them, they got back same day and arranged a replacement plant that arrived the next day! Vanshika super polite and helpful. THIS is how you do business. Just don't get too big and stop caring, BeardsAndDaisies. 👍

Happy with my experience. They weren’t happy with the quality of the plants I wanted (before they were sent out), so offered refund or if I wanted to pick an alternative. I picked an alternative that was slightly more expensive, but they didn’t charge me any additional money for them. They arrived today and I am very happy with them. Well packaged and healthy. Would use again.

Found this company on the internet. I was looking for a large, artificial but realistic and good quality plant to enhance my new windowless downstairs bathroom. Beards and Daisies offered me the quality option with their new Eucalyptus plant. It’s fabulous, love the coloured stem and the subtle texture on the soft green leaves. It will look fabulous once in situ. It was an investment and we are really pleased we took the plunge and ordered it. Speedy delivery and great communication on its transit. Would certainly consider this company again for any synthetic companion plants if needed.

Great customer service.I ordered a set of three plants for an anniversary present they arrived on time and two were in perfect condition but the third hadn’t traveled so well.When I contacted Beards and Daisies they were extremely helpful and offered a replacement or partial refund. Cannot fault them

I have been a customer with this company for a while and they have great customer service! On the few occasions where I needed an issue resolved (usually something on my end such as changing my mind on a particular order or needing advice on a plant(, they have been very prompt and helpful! Plus they hold a great collection of plants to choose from. P.S. Shoutout to Ash, who did a great job helping me with an issue recently!

Have ordered plants as gifts. They were delivered on the correct day and my friends were very happy with them. Good quality plants.

Just been communicating with beards & Daisies, purchased a purple calla Lilly unfortunately maybe the shock of the move didn’t agree with it and it soon started to wilt and discolour after a few days. This was my third plant from them, my first two I’ve had for over a year both thriving. Anyway got in touch with very friendly customer service who unfortunately couldn’t do me an exact replacement because they’re sold out in the nursery. But we agreed a very nice however different plant alternative. Some things like living plants can’t always be 100% perfectly guaranteed with distribution etc, but they looked after me regardless. So 5 stars

Plants arrived quickly and in good condition. Prices were competitive and there was a great range of pet-friendly options, which is important when you have two cats who insist on taste testing every plant in the house! I was updated throughout the order and delivery processes.

Only areas that could do with a bit of work is the website and email marketing. Some of the links (for the rewards/ plant wallet, for example) lead to error pages. I'd also like to choose how often I receive marketing communication as it's been almost daily/ every second day and the only options I'm given are to opt out of event-specific comms, like Mother's Day or Valentines Day, or unsubscribe completely. Would be good to choose email frequency (i.e. weekly or monthly) as I might just unsubscribe completely at this rate.

Quality plants in good condition with shiny leaves that seem happy now potted on. I scored down to 4 stars as the box was unnecessarily huge for the plants and one of them was knocked out of the pot in transit. I know you do have smaller boxes from the photos on the site so please utilise the most appropriate size box in future.

Absolutely beautiful peace lily, with 12 flowers on it and some more baby ones coming through. Super helpful customer service too. It’s the first time I’ve used this company and it won’t be my last.
