I used Beards & Daises for the first time today and was very impressed by their very quick response to change an incorrect delivery address. They responded in minutes. If the rest of the service meets these standards I will be extremely happy.

Use somebody else.…
Decent plant but a pot that was clearly too small.
They are deceitful around the postal charge also.
Adding two charges of 4.99.
Sent them photos of a clearly too small pot, they said a delivery company would pick it up as long as it was packaged and would then refund me.
Needless to say, the delivery company didnt turn up.
A company who cares about the goods they provide wouldnt have sent a pot that clearly was too small in the first place and certainly wouldnt have argued the toss for a refund over a 16 pound pot. The pictures on the website showed a pot fitting the plant, what they sent clearly didnt. I suggest using another business.

Best service
I have used Beards & Daisies previously with no issues at all. Recently placed another order, the plant turned up looking a bit sad. I emailed over pictures and the best customer service was received. The plant was replaced really quickly and with no fuss. Would 100% recommend based on this experience and I will be ordering again.

Bad Experience
Ordered a large plant pot that arrived smashed. Given the lack of protection with the packaging it was never going to arrive in one piece. Unable to replace the item as they have no more stock and the collection process is extremely slow. I am £180 out of pocket due to their failures and still don't know when my refund will be received

Excellent customer service
This was my first time buying from Beards and Daisies. I got a prayer plant in a ceramic pot. Unfortunately when I opened the box the pot was broken as was the plant. I took photos and contacted customer service. They responded the same day full of apologies and sent a replacement which I'm happy to say is perfect. I never bother if there's an issue with a delivery as it happens. It's how a company responds that matters and Beards and Daisies were excellent. Very happy with my new plant and pot.

Company cares about their customers
The plant I ordered was a little damaged in transit, I emailed the company saying I was disappointed and they arranged a replacement straight away (I sent photos in original email) I didn’t ask for a refund as it still functioned as a plant, it wasn’t dead, just broken in places. I have bought plants & gifts from this company before & they have always been of high quality. I’m very impressed with the customer support & service. Would highly recommend buying from Beards & Daisies ( accidents happen in transport sometimes, it’s how you deal with them that counts) as they care about their customers.

Excellent selection and high quality
Excellent selection of high quality lovely plants, I ordered a Snake plant and it came very quickly and looks lovely. Well packaged as well. The website makes it easy for beginners as you can sort plants by level of care, light, watering, size, making it much easier to find something suitable. Overall highly recommend for house plants, I will certainly use Beards & daisies again for future plant purchases
