DPD lost a delivery, but the B&D team sorted it quickly, sending out a replacement order which thankfully didn't get lost this time. Big thanks to Rosie for all her help.

Plants arrived very well packaged and looking healthy and plenty of soil around them. They now look great in my home.
I had to contact customer services as delivery company messed up and they resolved my problem quick and easily. I would definitely order again (when I can find more space for my plant babies)!

I ordered a beautiful Jasmine plant from Beards and Daisies and even though the plant was damaged in transit and arrived scorched, the team dealt with it really quickly and gave me a full refund. I’m really pleased with their customer service.

Had a query about a plant I had bought and the response was speedy, friendly and very helpful.

Where to start. I ordered the, white jasmine & pot which was meant to have a structure attached for the jasmine to grow around. Well it never came with one and the flowers aren’t opening as they’re turning brown.

I’ll never order for them again.

There is a lot of indoor and outdoor plants to choose from and there is a lot of information about the plant to help you decide if its right for you.

Their customer service I think is excellent , you can send an email if you have a query and they reply very quickly (an acknowledgement email says to expect a reply within 2 to 3 working days).

When the plants are delivered they come in totally recyclable packing with plenty of room so the plant isn't squashed when it arrives.

They do charge an extra delivery fee if you want it on a specific day on top of the standard delivery fee I didnt realise that the first time I bought a plant from them my fault as I didnt read it properly !

We were introduced to Beards and Daisies by a relative who wanted plants that are cat friendly. We purchased them plants last Christmas and were really impressed with the quality of the plants so we decided to get some of our own. Our plant parenthood has grown a lot since we started our journey. If we’ve had any issues they’ve been resolved quickly and their Customer service is excellent right down to providing advice and guidance if we’re concerned about one of our plants. All the team deserve a pat on the back!

I have bought a lot from you but my last experience was disappointing.
First the plant is delivered to the wrong address, second the replacement arrived smashed and chucked somewhere not as instructed

I have ordered plants a few times over the last two years, and I am always very happy with the plants I have received. They have always been in good condition and superior to garden centre plants. They are well packaged and orders received on time. I have also spoken with the customer service team when I need some advice for a plant and you couldn't have been more helpful. Thank you

Ordered a Chinese money plant and my friend ordered a different plant in separate orders . Both came completely ruined. I am hoping to revive mine but it’s really struggling, hers is completely dead, fit for the bin. We’d never have bought these in a garden centre. They wouldn’t have been fit for sale. Contacted beards and daisies and they did give me a refund. This was before my friends had come so I thought it was a one off and was going to order a replacement. I asked for a discount or free delivery code as I was left with a useless pot. They wouldn’t give me one. I went to the local garden centre instead and bought a much nicer well looked after plant. Garden centre for me from now on!

I’ve ordered from this company a few times now, including indoor plants in the past, and the quality has always been excellent. My recent order of outdoor planters unfortunately arrived damaged, however the customer service I received from Vanshika was outstanding from start to finish.

She was understanding, helpful, kept me updated throughout, and resolved everything quickly and professionally. Although it was disappointing that the items arrived damaged, the way the issue was handled really reassured me and showed how much they value their customers.

I wouldn’t hesitate to order again and would definitely recommend them for both the quality of their plants and their excellent customer service.

I enjoyed browsing the site. I wanted a pet friendly, air purifying plant for my son-in-law and all the information was there to help me chose. I liked the fact that there was a choice of pot. For people like me who seem to kill them there is a selection of virtually indestructible plants! My choice was delivered promptly and he is really pleased with it.

We have used Beards and Daisies in the past and those plants are still looking good. We recently moved and decided that another big plant would look good in our lounge along with a hanging plant. Both turned up in excellent condition and delivered quickly and extremely well packed.
