The shoes are great but I found I should have sized down 1 size

While the product performed way above my (conservative) expectations (I love my Drifters!), I'd expect to be kept abreast of the product shipment details. The emails I received were sporadic and without expected date of delivery. I am sure you can do better...

These shoes are very light weight and comfortable for use in the gym.

Fast service processing order. Pair for the yard/lake and one for the gym. Seem well constructed and lighter than a cheaper brand I own. 13 and true to size. Lov'em.

Despite the long delivery times and some inconsistencies with sizing, I had a great experience overall. The shoes are comfortable and well worth the wait. Thank you, Bearefoot!

I ordered two pairs of shoes from this company in mid-February. Four months later, in June, I am still waiting for the correct items.From the beginning, they sent the wrong sizes. When I provided a screenshot of my order confirmation clearly showing the sizes I ordered, they completely ignored the evidence and insisted they had sent the correct items. After dozens of emails back and forth (over 40 in total), they finally admitted they don’t even stock one of the styles I ordered in the right size. They promised to send me two different styles in the correct sizes instead — but only sent one pair.Then, after another two months of chasing them, they sent me the original wrong-sized shoes again.Dealing with their customer service feels like arguing with a broken, outdated chatbot. They repeat the same useless responses, ignore proof, and fail to follow through on their own promises. This has been an absolute nightmare of incompetence.I am now left with shoes I cannot wear and zero confidence in this company. If they actually want to save their reputation, they need to immediately send me the two correct pairs in the proper sizes or issue a full refund with return shipping. I would strongly advise others to shop elsewhere until this company demonstrates they can actually fulfill orders correctly and provide basic customer service.

Delivery very prompt product excellent exactly as pictured very comfortable as I suffer feet problems are great so far np problems with comfort or walking

Hey I just wish I knew what size to get for the toe shoes. I just bought a size 10 of the roamers and I’d love to know what size I should get of the toe shoes. I wish there was a person that could help fit the shoes bc toe shoes are so different.

Took a little time for delivery but, it’s an international delivery. But once I received them, loved them. Spoke with my chiropractor and she’s a huge advocate of barefoot style shoes, has been for 12 years and encouraged me to get more! I’ll be ordering more after this review. These shoes are out of this world 🌍, so unbelievably comfortable, they are snug so be aware if you’re on a slight larger foot size in your particular size you may need to go up one size, mine are fitting perfectly and 5 minutes after they came I ordered my second pair for the gym!!
The delivery took a couple weeks so give yourself time if you need them as a gift or for an occasion but believe me they are worth the wait. I’m sure tonight order pair number 3🫡

Received the shoes quickly. They felt good and had room for my toes. I've been wearing steel toed shoes almost everyday at work and my feet are confirming to them. Barefoot shoes give my feet freedom

Wanted refund as not happy with shoes or size , they would give an exchange for a different size free of charge , but to return would have to pay 25 dollars postage .
So ended up keeping shoes and they gave back half the price I paid . So am left with shoes I do not like .
Please be careful and do not mix the name brand

Great quality. Look exacly like the advertisement.
The only thing i did not like is that the insoles come out when you remove the shoes. It would be nice if they were glued.

I bought the roamer beige are very soft and comfy and beautiful. I have bunion and problems with one ankle is just the perfect one. But maybe I need it a little bigger

I just got two pairs of shoes, and the second pair was one size too small. The process to return the shoes was super easy. I am currently enjoying my other pair and love the feel of them. They feel like you are not wearing any shoes. I have done a lot of running in minimal running shoes, and these are great!

The trainers are wonderful! So comfortable! The only downside is for some reason you don’t deliver to the Isle of Man. Postage costs to here are the same as in England. I would order more pairs if you delivered here.

Shoe sizes (41) are not pluriform between models

Very comfortable and durable shoe. I look forward to buying another pair in the future. Shipping could be faster and better tracking notification system especially since the shoes are shipped from overseas. Other than that I’m satisfied with the quality of the shoe.
