I AM A TRAIL RUNNER. I REALLY MAKE MY BEARFOOT PURSHASE, JUST THINKING IT WILL BE A NICE FASHION SPORT SHOES. I AM SUPRISED, I HAVE TRY MY BEARFOOT SHOES ON THE BAND, FOR TRAINING. THEY ARE AMASING. FOR ME IS A DISCOVERY.

Was very happy with the customer service on exchanging my shoes for a different size

I was sceptical because I have very very wide feet, short toes, and a high arch, BUT they are perfect! I used to go barefoot, literally, all the time when I lived in NZ but am now in the Mexican countryside where there are lots of thorns. They handle them well. I am delighted!

Bearefoot provided me a re-encounter with the ground while giving support to my feet. I've never felt so shoe-less whilst still not wincing strolling over gravel. For anyone of the wide-footed variety, Bearefoot is most definitely for you! Well done to this company, they support my footsteps every day now.

I ordered 2 pair of bearefoot shoes, both according to their size guidlines. For half size, order down. Their chart also showed sizes running slightly larger. I'm a US size 8.5 - when the shoes arrived they were too small. I exchanged one pair first to make sure the next size up would be ok. It was so I contacted customer support in order to exchange the second pair. One has to pay $15 and send back the originals...that's fine, no dispute with that. Bearefoot customer service communicated with me in order to facilitate the exchange but their website only showed the pair the I already exchanged as the pair that I could exchange...but it was the second pair that hadn't been exchanged that needed to be. Every communication with them resulted in the same situation with their website...never showing the second pair as one to choose for exchange. This was incredibly frustrating and unfair. The website said I had to exchange by May 29 and sure enough once that date passed, my order # was no longer able to be found. Rather than try to solve a problem, which should be easy to solve, they chose instead to run out the clock. Conclusion - the company's sizing recommendations are not accurate for half sizes and their customer service may not help you if there's a problem.

Have plantar fascitis. Wore these fir first time. No pain! Hope it continues.

Shoes came quickly, turned out that I didn't need the transition pads because the shoes were comfortable from day 1, mile walk.

Shoes were delivered quickly and updates were sent throughout the fulfillment and shipping process.

The size was to small, but the exchange is now on it’s way and will be delivered soon. I bought a shoe with a transition insole, but unfortunately the sole in the bigger size is not included in the new delivery.
Communication via mail was very quick, polite and professional.

Amazing Feel! Right out of the box comfort, no break in, these shoes feel like slippers. I'm walking on unmowed fields and forest deer trails. These shoes got me imagining that I'm the Last of the Mohicans out in my deer skin moccasins. Ordering a second pair tomorrow.

Love the shoes, ordered a size up and it JUST fits. Nice looking, comfortable feel. I ordered the extra insoles which I use when I know I'll be walking on more rocks, which works perfectly!

The shoes arrived on time, very comfortable around the house but would not wear them for long distance outside.
I have used them for shopping and my feet were fine but they did get fatigue if I walked long distance.
The colour was as expected. The insoles made the shoe more comfortable.

The shoes are very comfortable and since getting them a couple days ago I’ve run about 7.6 miles or so. The stitching on the heel is coming apart on the left one. Still, I’m having fun wearing them. I definitely feel my calves and ankles working.

I ordered a pair of Prismers in my actual foot size. When I got my order I tried them on and they were to small my toes pushed the front of the shoes. I asked to return them for the next larger size and they said the new size has been shipped. Bearefoot customer service is awesome!!

Super comfortable! Bearefeet are made with form-fitting materials, so they fit any type of foot, from narrow to wide. I am very happy with my purchase.

I bought them because I like to work out barefoot, which isn't always possible, and they are perfect for that.
In fact, I'm probably going to order a second pair. I should have taken them up on their offer of a discount on the second pair when I bought the first one, but I wasn't sure I'd like them. I'm definitely going to buy a second set now.

These shoes were purchased exclusively for use while playing rhythm games (Dance Dance Revolution). They are great for gaming. I had to modify the long elastic band to keep it from bouncing around but otherwise the fit and feel are just what I was looking for.

The customer service experience was really good despite other people comments.
I needed to exchange one pair of shoes for bigger and received quick response and instructions. Correct size arrived.abd interaction with staff members was great. Good customer service.
I just have to say that price of the shoes doesn't correspond with quality. No labels for the shoes, no branding except the bag.
Comparing to other companies I have overpaid, well lessons learned. 😊
