I love these shoes. The comfort is great.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Bearefoot. I placed an order for 4 pairs of shoes in December 2025, and I received my order in January 2026. When my order finally arrived, one of the pairs was the wrong size. I ordered a size 39 but received a size 35 instead.

I contacted customer service and have spent months trying to get the issue resolved. Despite numerous follow-ups, it is now June 1st and I still do not have a resolution. I have been told that my case escalated to the senior team, but there has been no meaningful progress or satisfactory communication. Mistakes can happen, but taking over five months to correct a shipping error is unacceptable. The lack of urgency, accountability, and customer suppport has been incredibly frustrating. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

I wore my Bearefoot for the first time today. I wore them with regular ankle socks. I'm impressed! I did regular activities and a little hiking. I enjoyed the 'connected' feel to the ground. I was near a waterfall with what could've been unsure footing but with the Bearefoot I felt more sure footed. I actually don't like my other hiking boots because I don't feel like I'm stable and seem disconnected from the terrain. So far, I'm very glad I purchased and utilized the Bearefoot shoes!

I was sceptical that what was advertised would be as fantastic when it arrived. But that scepticism was put to bed first by the professional communications keeping me up to speed at all times, and second by the quite incredibly wonderful product I received. The advertising, if anything, is too modest. I am ordering another identical pair immediately in another colour :-)

I love my new bearefoot shoes. I only use them at the gym. But I love the comfort. The delivery took a tad bit longer than I expected. But well worth the wait.

My wife and I each ordered a pair of Bearefoot shoes. We were skeptical about the quality but wanted to try them. When we received them and put them on, we were both pleasantly surprised at the comfort and quality. We wore them outside and our feet truly love them. They fit so well and we feel so grounded with them on. Totally love them and will refer our friends and purchase a few more pairs.

Well I finally got my order, they are a bit on the tight side, so if I order again I will go one size up. Used them all day yesterday. Feet felt a little sore. But time will tell.

The ordering and delivery was easy.
I could have ordered a size smaller and had a snugger fit but I’m used to this type of shoe style and very happy with what I received.

I like the shoes I've gotten and a lot of people have asked me about them. I tell them that they help with balance and I wear them all day. They also help alleviate my irritated nerves. I feel the shipping takes a long time.

These shoes are outstanding. I am going to buy a pair for all of my family members.

Shoes are awesome. I can feel my legs getting tired and sore with other shoes, expensive ones. Bearfoot makes al feel better about himself after, I was injured resulting in a Traumatic Brain Injury, and unstable on my feet. However, BEARFOOT MAKE A HUGE DIFFERENCE!!! Love them.

Worst quality.. After a few communication with a support team to complain about defected shoe, then the support team ghosted me. Shame!!!

These shoes are amazing! I have six pairs and very rarely wear any other shoes. The company is so trust worthy. Notifications by email are consistent and help you feel secure that your order will be delivered. The discounts are helpful and affordable. So comfy. Almost everyone I meet comments on how great my shoes look and I tell them all about your company.

I received the wrong number and I have to return 1 of the pairs, fortunately the one who suppose to be for me fits on my wife so, I will return my wife's and change it for another pair who fits on me.
I got to say that they are really comfortable but my only problem was the size.
I'm gonna change it and I will try to find one of your offers that I saw about 50 percent of a second pair.

I absolutely love my bare foot shoes.

Great shoes, but they run a size or two small, so I would get a bigger size.
