Ordered my bearings and oil seals on Sunday, paid £6 for first class postage, it's Thursday now and no sign of my order.
Apparently they were only posted on Wednesday.
Not efficient, not impressed and will try and buy my future bearings elsewhere.
They should at least refund the postage.

Our table saw scorer belt snapped, went online but couldn't match it anywhere, then found this company, lots of accurate info on their site, called just to double check spec and spoke to a very helpful lady who confirmed what we needed so ordered at lunchtime yesterday, here 10.30 am this morning, getting fitted in a hour, doesn't get much better than that !

What a scam website my order was 13.80£ they charged me 41.75£ with shipping to EU after that i had to pay another 35.36£ to UPS...

What a fantastic company to deal with. Spoke to a guy called Jordan twice and on both occasions he was absolutely great. Nothing seems like too much trouble and extremely helpful. Not the biggest sale that I made but extremely confident that I will use this company again.

I recently bought a motor from these guys. I was able to speak to a real human who was very helpfull when I wanted some advice. The motor arrived in good time and is working fine, much better than the china motor it replaced.

I have made 2 purchases from these guys and found them very helpful, even for low value orders….they do what they say and keep promises…unlike other companies I have dealt with

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, Second time I had to log a review for this company, they lost my order and refused to re-send it, I had to log a case myself with royalmail and they confirmed that the package was never delivered to my address, had to buy a second package for £6 value of parts and had to pay an extra £10 for special delivery so they actually arrived on time, the company also refused to cover this costs, I am on the process of logging a case with cunsumerarbitration due to this, if you have another option to buy your parts use that, as any other company would have act as they should except them.

First time ordering from BearingsRus, would recommend the company. Royal mail shipping is well priced and comes within a few days. As for the product I ordered timing belts which turned out to be the brand Medway so very happy all in all.

Superb customer service and fast delivery. Bike bearings for headset fitted perfect and saved over 50% vs the OEM stuff. 2nd time I've used them now and I'm very impressed. Best kept secret in the bike world
