First my package was lost. Then they sent me a replacement and all 8 jars had an expiration date of 03/20/25 (I ordered them at the end of February!). The company sent vitamins that had an expiration date of a couple of weeks after receiving the goods. This is my worst shopping experience.

Absolutely amazing customer service. The team were so fast to act and got the problem sorted the same day.
They went above and beyond. Have only started taking Bears with Benefits so can't comment on how they are working just yet.

I had put in the wrong address for an order I made and was super worried about it. I ended reaching out to Bears With Benefits through email. If I'm being honest, I really thought that they wouldn't respond since that is what I had experienced with other companies. Their team responded within 24 hours and were extremely helpful, kind, and told me about the different ways they could help me to solve my problem and get to me the product I paid for.
They were AMAZING and ABSOLUTELY SUPPPPERRRR HELPFULL!!
I haven't even tried their products, yet, since my package is still in transit, but I already love them :D

Definitely the best vitamin supplements I’ve ever tried!

After complaining about my order going to a wrong address, bearwith benefit, managed to retrieve it and resend it back to me in no time.
I'm very satisfied with the customer service they provide resolving this issue.
The gummies taste really nice too.

They are SO STICKY AND CHEWY. They don’t taste good at all and are hard to eat. Wouldn’t recommend.

The Gut vitamin bears really stick in your teeth and I can't feel any benefit of taking them. The Nail and Hair vitamins are more manageable but you're meant to take 4 a day so they won't last long.. although I think my hair is looking healthier.

Got influenced… yes… I fell for it. I wanted to try something that would give me iron but wouldn’t taste like iron. It does. Even worse than all of the other supplements I’ve tried. The gummies stick to your teeth. It’s no fun to chew. So I tried swallowing them. That no fun either. I wanted to try the whole range seeing influencers are so full of them. But yeah. That’s their job right? Shame. Had high hopes I finally found something that works for me. Vinegar as well. God awful taste.

Update: the company reached out to me within an hour of posting this. The product might not be what I had expected but they sure do have the BEST customer service EVER. They offered to help me find supplements fitting my needs and offered to advise taste-wise. Superb customer service!!

Amazing brand and everything I’ve tried was perfect

Wow, these are unreal, I'm on Labido gummies and since day 2 I've gotten up with such energy it's soooo refreshing! I'm 15weeks post hysterectomy and menopause at just 38yrs old due to severe health conditions. Sex was an urghhh for so long and since taking these t.m.i - 3 times this week 😉😉, Hubby's a happy bunny and so am I again. They taste great, my skins clearer than its ever been, I feel Fab.! ♡♡♡ Highly Recommend

A few hours after my review below I have received an email and refund, I wasn't expecting this just wanted to let people like me who had been influenced know about the taste as I got a shock.
They also advised the flavoring, green tea for Burn Baby Burn and a distant flavor of copper for the tanning ones.

I had saw these vitamins all over Tiktok and Instagram and was influenced by people I follow who I thought would do hotest reviews, however surely I am not the only one who thinks the taste and smell is awful?
I have the Golden Goddess Tan and Burn Baby Burn Shape.
Yesterday was my first day taking them and I drank a full bottle of water with them.
Today I can't even face having 2 of each so have tried 1, chewed a little bit and had to wash down with water while the gummies are practically whole.
They get stuck in my teeth and I'm retching with every chew.
I really had high hopes but I don't think I can eat them.

The positives - I took advantage of the 40% offer and delivery was quick.
Communication is great.

Overall satisfied with the order experience and the products. However there are two things that could be improved in my opinion: I live in the French part of Switzerland and the website, newsletter etc. are all in German, this made it a bit more difficult to order. Secondly, the numerous offers and packs make it confusing to select products. One never knows how to get the best price, maybe this could be simplified? I will definitely order again though, great concept and great products!

Tried 4 different gummies and didn’t see any change or benefit. I found I would feel very sick when taking the gummies which lasted up to an hour each time. Then in particular the tan gummy would taste and smell awful. Not going to be ordering again. Only positive was quick delivery
