PMS is something I have struggled with for a long time. I didn't expect it, but my mood swings have remarkably diminished, as well as physical discomfort before periods. It didn't feel like the pain came on unexpectedly, as it always was, but it appeared smoothly and felt easier to deal with!

Good customer service
I ordered the gummies, which unfortunately my 2 year did not like, but the customer service from Bears with Benefits was excellent. They immediately gave me a refund and were very professional and nice about the return. I think the vitamins would work well with older children who are used to the texture of gummy bears. I tried one myself and the taste and consistency is fine for a more developed palate. The quality of the vitamins themselves are great.

Such a great experience
Honestly one of the best experiences I have ever had with an online shop. I signed up to try these gummy supplements almost a year ago, and keep coming back. They taste great, they're effective, and it's the only way I will take vitamins regularly...
In each of my last 2 orders, I decided to try some different options, and found I didn't like 2 of them. I submitted for a refund on one of the unopened jars (easy form) and wrote to them about one of the opened products.
Within 1 business day, I received notification that both items had been refunded, and also a lovely follow up note from Marta with some anwers to other questions I had asked.
I will keep coming back because of the great products, backed by a great experience. Thank you BWB team!

Questionable commercial practices
I use several of their products daily. The main complaint I have is on the commercial side. The number of bears per product is completely arbitrary. I use 4 different ones at the time: in one bottle there's 60 bears, the dose is 1 a day so it lasts 2 months, another has 60, the dose is 2 a day, lasts 1 month, another has 95, the dose is 1 a day so 3 months and another has 60, the dose is 4 a day, lasts 15 days. The amount of math and planning required to simply get a month supply at a decent price, puts me off ordering again. I just feel like I'm being swindled every time. I understand the benefit for a company to do things that way, it offuscates the actual price of each product but it's so inconvenient and disappointing, it makes it hard to be a repeat, faithful customer.

I bought the hair one, because recently my hair was a little weak! After the first box I didn’t notice any change about my hair but my nails are definitely stronger!

I bought "Ah-mazing hair -biotin-" and "Beach guard sun -red orange complex-. I have used them for a month, so I can't say anything about the effect.
The Biotin flavour is really good, and also the consistency is very good.
The orange complex flavor is good too, even if I don't like orange flavor personally, but the consistency is a bit sticky while you chew them.
