Absolutely love my hoodie. Best thing since sliced bread, however my only issue would be that, on the site the hoodie looks darker in colour but upon receipt of the item it is much lighter. Apart from that no issues.

Amazing service every time

I've had nothing but frustrations since my original order on December 12th. I thought that would be plenty of time to receive the order by Christmas and that never happened. Then, I wanted to buy 2 additional sweaters (since one of them didn't fit as expected) to try on and keep 1 that fit best and return the other as well as one of my original sweaters. I've been waiting nearly 2 weeks for a response in how to process the return. I was told to fill out a form on the website but there is nothing to fill out or click (it says click here but nothing is clickable)

I recently purchased one of your hoodies for my partner as a Christmas present. Unfortunately, when she unwrapped it on Christmas Day we were both really disappointed with the quality. Examples - the seems look really tacky and stand out due to poor finish, the pocket at front is too small and out of proportion to the jumper itself, the lining feels horrible on skin and assumed it would be all soft and snuggly like the outside, the material used for cuffs and waist look and feel really cheap). If the hoody was £10 then I would expect these things but not if I’m paying £70. I enquired about a refund on 27/12/2020 but I’m still awaiting a reply. Hopefully you can restore some faith by making refund process fast, simple and easy from here.

The bear wear sweater is great. My only issue is the 3xl fits more like a 2xl on the smaller side. Overall good quality material!!!

I absolutely love my hoodies! So warm and comfy! Also, shipping was super quick. I was pleasantly surprised to have received my order as quickly as I did considering it was shipped from the UK to the US. I also like the personalized note in there from Rogan. As soon as the almond color hoodie is back in stock I will be ordering.
