Excellent quality

Hi, i brought 2 bear top for my 2 year old boy jack. The tops are beautiful, lovely material and really cosy on jack. The delivery was very quick, its was here in Ireland in a few days which is excellent. Jack loves his tops and i will be buying more for him and my girlfriend also.

It’s been a week since I placed my order, I ordered an item which was advertised as being in stock ...So assumed delivery would take around 5 working days, my order was over £65 and still had to pay for delivery. Then I downloaded the shop app to be notified for when my delivery would come, and to be able to track my delivery. After 6 days I received an email from yourselves saying ... thanks for your PRE ORDER which was never once advertised or mentioned when I purchased the item. I’m now stuck waiting for my preorder to now be delivered and, yet again something being blamed on the current pandemic. Your return policy seems farcical and there is no way to cancel the order easily. Then to read I’d have to wait 14 days for my money to be returned. I just hope this item is delivered sooner rather than later as this is a gift for Christmas. I’m also annoyed that there isn’t a phone number to speak to a member of your team to discuss this issue with you. It’s only because I’ve had an email from yourselves asking for a rating for your company that you are getting review. I just hope you contact me directly so we can discuss this issue correctly.

I never write reviews but these shirts are amazing. I got a Bear Wear hoodie a couple years ago and I loved the fit so much that I ordered the t-shirt 5 pack and I was not disappointed. Excellent quality, fit, and color. I just wish you guys made more stuff!

Loved it! I placed my order on a friday and I received it after one week. Service 🤩. After i placed my order i had a question and in 6 hours i got my answer. Im not watching this site again otherwise my wallet will be empty 🤪.

The quality of the clothing is excellent & it fits really well. Bought the kids hoodie size 5-6 for my son & I will definitely be buying another one for him.

i live in the netherlands and after 3 weeks I've still nothing. on the website they say it will take only 5 workdays, but i'm still sitting with empty hands
