Order cancelled but payment taken
Ordered a pair of trainers after much deliberation. Payment taken out of my account but told immediately after the order was processed that it has been cancelled. I’ve not had any explanation or reassurance that my money will be returned. Feeling worried - not what I was expecting.

Ordered a week ago
Ordered a week ago, still not had any confirmation of delivery date etc. Money was take out of my account straight away when the item is obviously not in stock, but says on their website in stock!
Have emailed asking where my order is and all I got back was
“ You will receive an update via email very soon. Thank you for your patience during this busy period”
This was a birthday present for my daughter who’s birthday is tomorrow & still no item.

I have still not received my order
I have still not received my order. I waited in all day Friday to be told in the evening it wouldn’t be delivered until Monday. I now have 14/11 and 15/11 so when will it arrive??? I emailed you last week and no response. Not a good company to deal with and you should not take payment until item is dispatched

Order some trainers with "express…
Order some trainers with "express delivery" and after a lot of back fore it took two weeks to arrive. The trainers didn't fit, so we contacted them and they gave us return instructions so we returned the item using tracked delivery, they received the item but then didn't issue a refund. We contacted them and they said they would look into it, but never got a response, we've since tried to contact them again and they've ghosted us. Open a case with PayPal to get our refund.
Reading between the lines I think this operation is actually just someone working from their bedroom sourcing clothes off eBay, I don't think they hold stock, but when an order comes in simply go and find the item elsewhere and send it on. My experience has not been good.
Update: the money was clawed back through the PayPal dispute process.

I have just passed another message down, what has happened is because we initiate refunds through Shopify and when the refund was initiated when the shoes were received there was an error in the system. It just didn’t go through. It has been fixed now and you should have received your refund.

Cancelled order
So I ordered a trapstar tracksuit and after a couple days I got a text saying my order has been cancelled randomly , I contacted customer services and they said the order was cancelled due too ‘suspected fraud’ which I have no idea why and it’s been a week where I have been trying too contact them and still haven’t received a refund

Your order was cancelled and a refund was processed as soon you ordered. The refund has been released on our end, it takes 3-9 business days for a refund to appear back into your account.
