Finally received the trainers with relief and they are great. A bit of feedback though. Communication could be better. I paid £8 for express delivery and was told 2-3 days then heard nothing until I contacted you after a week. I then started to stress I had been scammed and the £200 I had paid would be lost. I looked up on companies House and even wondered if the reviews were fake, all because I had no updates. Also overpaid postage. Don't offer what you can't fulfill. Please keep customers updated with orders and delivery dates. I will order from you again as I am pleased with the deal I eventually got but it wasn't a worry free purchase. I hope you can improve on this and your company can continue to grow as it is a great website with some really good brands.

Christmas purchase Nike Air Jordan
After receiving a despatch email to say my order was in its way there was some delay. I contacted the company who were outstanding with communication and understand my frustration with the purchase being a Christmas present cancelled the previous delivery and rearranged a express delivery for the next day so my purchase was recurved by 10am the next day and I had a very happy daughter on Christmas Day. Would definitely purchase from here again.

Jokers. Cancelled my Christmas present trainer order because they apparently priced the trainers wrong on the website. Instead of honouring my order they upped the price online. Garbage customer care, none existent.
