Efficient prompt service

I have to say you guys have been great. I was dealing with the engineer initially who was very helpful but busy, so he got me to organise everything with Chloe, who was really responsive. I have worked with a lot of trades people and having someone this responsive is not common and so underrated. The work was done on time on the day and to the budget initially discussed.

I am delighted with the work that Beatrix Home completed last week. The quality of the work is excellent and was efficiently carried out.

Sam from Beatrix Home was able to fix our shower, which hadn’t worked properly with the correct pressure since it was installed previously during renovations by a different company. It was a complex job with our current sent up and difficult access to pipe work. He also replaced our old radiators and fixed an issue with our boiler. He was efficient, friendly, tidy, always arrived on time and was great working around our young son and dog. Would highly recommend!

Beatrix have done my boiler service twice now. The first time it needed some fixes, which were done quickly, sourcing parts and making sure my boiler could continue to run while we waited for parts to arrive. The guys are always lovely, efficient and explain the work clearly, always making sure you are comfortable with what extra work might need to be done and updated invoices sent through before continuing. Can't rate them enough.

The plumber took his time to help me to understand what was needed and then quickly remedied the fault.

It is always a pleasure to see Jack and as usual the work was done promptly and to a high standard he talked us through what had been done to ensure that we were happy with the results and the area was left as found clean and tidy.

Great company and service, from the brilliant customer service to the professional and friendly plumber. We called Beatrix when an emergency plumber quoted us £1500 to repair our boiler. Beatrix came quickly and charged us £150, fixed the problem and reassured us that the works suggested were unnecessary. We’ll be using again!

Thank you Beatrix Home for an excellent job on our bathroom. Tommy and Maddie were fabulous - really efficient, considerate and great problem-solvers (it was a tricky job!).
