Excellent haircut, best I've had for years,very friendly and helpful, easy to book online, or drop in if they are not busy, highly recommended. Easy to find at Trago Merthyr.

Don't waste your time!!!

Staff spend most of their time chatting to each other and when they come to serve can't even open their mouths. Horrible rude attitude.

Don't know why they call this store house of fraser... Prices don't match online and won't even price match. Further don't click and collect from here, because if you need to return they don't accept it and make you pay and return via post office.

Overall no surprise this store is in trouble! I am sticking to john Lewis and click collect from waitrose on Penn Road or going into Birmingham if I want an enjoyable shopping experience.

Wolverhampton - don't know if they have more, but I won't be visiting in any event.

Went in few weeks ago to look for a bra - no lingerie dept. designated and EVENTUALLY found a sign for 'nightwear', wherein was a pathetic display of underwear. Needless to say, did not buy anything.

The whole place had a derelict air and looks like it needs a good decorator, followed by a good clean. Staff all look depressed - wonder why?

Light years away from what it used to be when James Beattie was in charge. House of Frazer has decimated it.

My advice - don't put yourself out to visit.

My wife had a pair of flat leisure shoes from this company, they were worn no more than 10 days. One of the heels came detached, upon taking back to Office with House of Fraser at Wolverhampton we were told she shouldn't have worn them in the wet, quote "everyone knows you don't wear leather shoes in the rain". I am not sure who Office are, but they are in the sad place that was once wonderful Beatties that is now the House of Fraser store in Wolverhampton, and it is a very sad place with few customers, and what feels like ,more staff than customers, that is not surprising if the customers have to take their shoes off whenever it rains. Maybe they issue the same advice for raincoats? Best of it is she has never worn them in the rain, the only time they have had any water on them was when she wiped them down before taking back to the store.

i had a good experience with beatties both online and in store. Great clothes fashion and lovely staff
