Brilliant company! I was worried that the company would use Evri as a courier, so I emailed them to ask if it would be possible to get another courier. Tom, the manager, said no problem & my clock was dispatched with FedEx. I received my parcel with 48hours of ordering it. They kept me up to date with the tracking. First class service all round.

Terrible company!
I ordered & paid for 3 samples , they never arrived , contacted the company via email they replied & were rude insinuating I was not telling the truth . Eventually they agreed to send out replacement samples , guess what ??? They never arrived either . Waste of time . No samples & been paid !!!! Are you going to refund my money ? . Don't order from this company there's a good chance you won't receive your order .
UPDATE . Since leaving the review the company emailed me , & have sent the samples out recorded mail.

I had a wonderful experience with Beaumonde.co.uk. Their customer service was exceptional, and my items arrived promptly and well-packaged. The products, from the beautiful twin mirrors to a high-quality dinner set, were all of great quality and reasonably priced. I even received a personal email from Charlotte, which added a lovely touch to the service. I'm very pleased with my purchases and would definitely shop here again. Four stars!

I never received the light I ordered from them on 3 August 2023. Their 'customer service' is non-existent as they never replied to any of my emails, to the form I submitted or to the letter I posted. I had to raise a case against them via PayPal which got escalated as they didn't respond there either. PayPal eventually awarded me a refund. Terrible company. Shop at your own peril.

Scam company and awful customer service!
Ordered a champagne cooler and when it arrived was different colour and shape so immediately contacted them and arranged for refund.. I sent it back same day it was delivered in the same packaging and its been over 2months they havent refunded my money!! they stopped communicating to me so I had to raise a dispute through my card provider and after their investigation turns out they claim i sent the item back with scratches?! we didnt even fully open the package as when i half opened it and saw its a different colour put it right back and repackaged it and sent back… clearly this is a scam company with dodgy dishonest people working there which their aim is to rip off people… They should not be allowed to do business and must be banned….

We placed an order through Beaumonde on 3rd August for a £350 lampshade and received a confirmation email saying the order had been fulfilled. After 2 weeks we had heard nothing more so we sent an email enquiry as to when out item would be delivered. 10 days have passed now since we sent the follow up email and we have still heard nothing. Really bad customer service! If they at least kept their customers updated that would be an improvement. Still hoping that our lampshade will be sent but can't reach anyone to find out! Very irritating and expensive. I would advise avoiding this company.

Ordered an expensive print, communication was great before purchase. Since purchasing I’ve heard nothing. I’ve asked numerous times for an expected dispatch date and I’ve been ignored on chat, email, phone number is out of use, I’ve instagram messaged and every comment I’ve left has been deleted. Left with no option but to raise a case with my bank. Terrible customer service. I wish I’d read previous reviews before ordering as this seems a common issue with customers.

Scam Company!!!
Ordered items from them in June, by August they still had not been delivered. Had to open a dispute to claim my money back. Company tried to cancel those claim payments with their bank. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR PRODUCTS OR MONEY BACK.

Scam company, do not buy from them! They scammed us out of a lot of money, won’t answer any form of communication and now blocked us on FB after we left a review and we’ve still got no product. Terrible service and would not recommend and don’t believe they are real .

Absolutely appalling customer service!
Made an order for 2 lights in July to be told they would be here early August, the 9th the email states. Then I went on the site an it said delivery for this item will be from august 1st.
I have sent 7 emails, 1 instagram message and 4 message on their web chat.
Nothing has been replied to, not one message!
I will be contacting my bank and also the ombudsman.
The light has also been since removed from their website!
Why wouldn’t replying to your customers be a number one priority?

Extremely poor customer service and lack of communication. I placed an order for 2 items in their sale. The order was accepted and I received confirmation. I followed this up a few weeks after and didn’t have a response. I contacted using their contact us page asking for an update. The order was cancelled with no communication. The items are still available in their site however, back at the normal price. Looking at other reviews this is a company who don’t appear to care about their service, communication or customer journey.

As someone that runs a business myself I've got to say the lack of customer support is disgraceful! I've spent alot of money to recieve nothing other than an email saying thanks for your order a few weeks ago! No updates, no replies to emails so will be opening a PayPal case to get my money returned! Wished I'd read the appalling reviews before buying! Don't expect this service or lack of from a UK based company!

I ordered a lamp from this website
The lamp came broken and price vs quality is not worth it, so I asked for a refund.
Seller did not respond so I opened a paypal dispute.
They asked me to return the item at my own cost to get my refund, even though the seller will be refunded in full by the carrier.
The other option was to close the paypal case and they will refund me immediately without having to return the broken case.
Reading through the reviews I can see a lot of people that had issues with refunds and returns. What they claimed is that these reviews are fake.
It is a shame that I can’t add the screen grabs with their conversations, to show this is not a fake review.
Very disappointing , they will get the refund in full from the carrier and yet they require the item back at my own cost.
All because I opened a paypal case.
Customer service should not have these ego problems. I am decorating my house at the moment and was planing to purchase other item from this website, if this order is ok.
They lost another customer. I will stick with Amara and Dotmaison.
I had issue with a broken item from Amara, send them the images they refunded me on the same day. That is how you keep customers loyal to your brand, not by making their life more difficult.
As an update: the information I provided is accurate and based on my experience, and similar experience is visible in other reviews. The company should not try and accuse customer of inaccurate reviews, they need to be more professional.
Asking me to close my paypal case to refund me without returning the item is not a good practice, as paypal advised. If paypal case was close I would have had a broken item and no money

The items on the website are selling much cheaper than on other places, however the delivery time may be quite long if the item is not in stock and you have to pre-order. they answer your queries very quickly if you email them or use the webchat.
