Flat tyre replacement
When work was completed replacing two tyres I asked the staff member what the issue was with the faulty tyre and the reply I received was “I don’t know, I can’t tell you what was wrong with the tyre”, not really a valid response considering he had just replaced the tyre! I was not happy with that reply.
