Honest, informative and punctual. I was told the tyres would cost more being of a harder rubber, but would last longer. They are quieter and have a better "feel" in the steering. Very happy.

Pretty poor treatment
I came into Beaurepaires in January for a new battery, and was told I needed four new tyres and that I shouldn’t leave those tyres on for more than a couple more weeks. I knew I didn’t need new tyres as I had just had rego check done and my tyres had 3 and 4ml tread. But of course as a female at a tyre shop I couldn’t possibly know that.
Then a couple of weeks later I had a flat tyre, so because I had had a stressful day I assumed I did need new tyres because why would the tyre go flat otherwise? So went in, asked for two new tyres. Then after I paid I asked what happened to the tyre - a screw had punctured it. I was told, yeah so next time since you buy your tyres here we will fix a puncture like that for free. So I was like well why didn’t you offer me that instead of new tyres? He said oh well they were pretty worn out (yes but not really), but now you’ll be right for years! Surprising since a couple of weeks before I ‘needed’ 4 new tyres. Safe to say I left absolutely fuming. I’ll not be going back to Wollongong Beaurepaires.
