Quick, very good service!

It took 2 weeks to get my order, as all products were back ordered. When I finally received it, the seal on the moisturizer was stuck inside the lid, and there was no spatula to dip the product out with which makes me wonder if it had been previously used and returned.

I love BeautifiedYou.com. The shipments always arrive in record time, and the website is simple to maneuver. The offering of products is marvelous, and I've found some excellent products by trying the free products received in each shipment.

I would give zero feedback on this company. Order took almost two months to arrive, arrived in used condition on box and papers manual. Shocked that i paid for almost $400 for this item. The REFA Clear has the trace of used sign!! I got the REFA clear machine placed the order in September and received in November, after i received it, there was no light on the machine when it was charging, so i reported it on the same day. They replied me to saying that they can either send me the brand new item or give me the store credit. I confirm with them that if they send me the item exchange, they will send me a brand new and never used or open item, so I chose to send me the brand new item, i asked them the warranty will be one year provided after i receive the brand new item, they said yes.
the item only can last me 8.5 months, so i wrote to Beautfied You, they told me that i had used my warranty on this item. They used the faulty item to send me the faulty item for replacement. This is a cheating company. NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN. No wonder others comments this company sent out the faulty and used items to customers.
They put the price low to attract customer to buy from them.

Lots of customers from Beautifiedyou have the similar experience like me. They also said the company sells return items to customer, that’s why the price is very low. Please note that this company Beautifiedyou will not take any responsibility when customer receive the faulty item.
