My friend purchased a bottle of SkinCeuticals C E Ferulic as a gift from this company. When it arrived, the packaging immediately raised concerns, so I verified directly with SkinCeuticals. Skin Care Market is not an authorized retailer.
All I could find out is that this bottle appears to be nearly a year and a half old, which raises even more concerns about product freshness and storage conditions.
I reached out to Skin Care Market multiple times by phone and email. I called four times and left messages each time because no one ever answers the phone. I also sent emails. I received zero responses of any kind. No acknowledgment, no follow up, nothing.
There is no transparency, no customer service, and no accountability. Based on this experience, along with the fact that they are not an authorized seller of the brand, buyers should exercise extreme caution. I would not purchase anything from this company.

I accidently ordered the wrong sunscreen. I ordered two 50 ml bottles of La Roche-Posay Anthelios 50 Mineral instead of the TINTED Mineral. I sent an email to customer support to see about exchanging the mineral bottles for the TINTED mineral bottles. They are the same price $24.99 each. On 8/16/25, I contacted Skincare Market support and received an email that my "request (92631) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff." As of today 9/13/25 I have hear nothing so I am stuck with 2 bottle I was hoping to exchange.

I have used SkinCeuticals CE Ferulic for a couple of years and it is well worth the price. Glad I could but a larger size bottle from Skincare Market.
